Perfect location on David's Lane in East Hampton Village and South of the Highway, this reconstructed 1933 Shingled Classic has 7 bedrooms and 7 and a half bathrooms and accommodates up to 12 persons. It is set on a very private gated shy acre within minutes to town shopping ,Jitney stop, Duck Pond, Maidstone Club and Village Beaches, especially Egypt and Wiborg.

The stunning House features professional Kitchen with top-of-line Wolf. Sub-Zero, Miele appliances and 11 foot eat-at center island, and adjoining formal dining room through French pocket doors at one end and outside deck with Lynx BBQ and Dining Gazebo at the other.

There is a Den/Livingroom with Fireplace, a new West-facing Double Height Living-room with adjoining covered porches for summer entertaining. A gravel path through tall hedgerow leads to the heated saltwater gunite pool and poolhouse.

There is both a downstairs and an upstairs Master suite, and 5 additional guest rooms on the 2nd floor with 4 bathrooms.( 2 with 2 Twin beds, 1 with 2 Doubles, 2 with Queens,)

The private lower level has a bonus room with full Bathroom , a media area with 60" smart TV, a Killerspin pingpong table, and external stair access through sunken white stucco patio which features an in-wall outdoor shower.

The property is gated and private, with attached one-car garage, Wifi/cable and multi-zoned Sonos inside and out, multi- zoned CAC, steam and radiant Heating, Central Vac, and beautiful gardens including a secret garden room with a formal pond off the groundfloor Master to complete the picture for a beautiful vacation getaway.

The oversized poolhouse tucked away in the back corner of property was recently updated with a fully equipped wet bar, sitting area, w bathroom with a steamshower ,powder room, outdoor shower and equipped lower level gym.

" short term " is considered any term under 30 days per local laws and requires collection of 3% hotel/motel fee over the rate.

A lease , security deposit and utility deposit is required

.As customary in the area tenants pay for weekly pool and grass maintenance, gas and electric as per meter reading, TV/WIFI, garbage pick up, alarm, and minimum weekly cleaning and final cleaning of $750. which includes the pool/guest house.
