Fourth time in 11 months and I started talking to them about booking two new trips before the end of the year. I can't help it. I love South Beach, I love this property, I love the rooms, I love the location and I love the management company. Beautiful facilities, great restaurants with kitchen staff and bar staff willing to deal with my dietary constraints, a great kitchen with everything you need. This is my happy place. I discover great new things each trip. Fantastic farmers market close by on the weekend. Kite boarding school 50 yards up the beach. Mind blowing Wynwood art district a $10 uber ride away. Management company called before my arrival to ask my permission to upgrade me!!!!
My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend break at this beautiful one bedroom condo at the residences of 1 Hotel. The unit is spacious with amazing views and supplied with everything you need. The 1 Hotel is perfectly located in a quieter part of South Beach with luxuriously appointed lobbies and pools. Service has been excellent. Working with Luxury Rentals Miami Beach has been wonderful from making reservations with Brunno to to the check-in process with Johanna. Everyone has been very helpful. I look forward to renting again from them in the future.
This was a great bargain. Beautiful place. Mint kitchen. Great balcony and view. The hotel property itself is equally impressive. Beautiful pools, nice gym, great rooftop deck/pool/bar, prime location with top restaurants in the immediate vicinity and great food at the property itself with many healthy options. The management company was a pleasure to deal with. Booking, check-in, and departure were a breeze. Would happily rent through this company and would rent this unit again.
