This two bedroom unit offers a spacious downstairs family area with large flat-screen TV, plenty of seating area, a sleeper sofa, a 1/2 bath, and sliding doors leading to your patio area. The fully stocked kitchen has a new stove, a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, and full size washer and dryer. The dining area has a table with six chairs, and additional seating at the counter bar. Right outside the unit is the spa/hot tub, shuffleboard court, and pool. Follow the paver path a little farther to the beachside deck with seating area for watching sunsets. A gate to the beach leads to a beautiful stretch of white sand. Rental beach chairs and umbrellas are available in front of the unit.

The second floor of the unit has two twins (can be pushed together for a king), TV, a full bath, and balcony facing Thomas Drive. Third floor is spacious with a king bed, full bath, large closet, and balcony with view of courtyard area. There is also an add-on AC unit to boost the upstairs cool when needed.

The complex is gated and has a secure wall enclosing the property. The east end of the PCB area offers a short distance to St. Andrews Bay State Park, and the marina area. A short drive west will get you to the amusement parks, Pier Park, golfing, and the amusement destination that suits your style.

Why Cindy Durden chose Panama City Beach

Always loved this complex, and after renting at other high-rises, we really appreciate the door front parking, courtyard pool layout, and short walk to the beautiful beach! Green grass and palm trees around the pool are a treat, and the paver pathways are barefoot friendly. No more cruising for a parking spot any time you leave and come back from shopping/dining. No more finding a cart to load and roll up the elevator. We also prefer the quiet east end of PCB.

What makes this condo unique

While we are not situated in an area of the property that has a line of sight to the beach, we find that the courtside decks offer privacy and a bit of seclusion from the busier areas.

Do not miss working with this owner!

The unit is very comfortable and you truly feel at home. No need to bring pots and pans, she had everything we needed. There were 5 of us total (2 adults and 3 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. I have rented for several years at Largo Mar and must say that i will not rent there again unless it is with her. The view of the pool is nice and LOVE the fact that you can unload right in front of the condo and the kitchen is right there too!

We love this condo. A great location on the beach side inside a gated complex with no elevators to worry about. We love being able to park at the front door. Plenty of room for the kids, and it's nice and clean.

GREAT PLACE!!

We are repeat renters of this unit!! The master bed is so comfortable. Condo has everything you need for a vacation stay. The owner was exceptional to work with which is always a plus. Grounds and pool are always well maintained. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We have stayed at Laego Mar for 20 years. Great family place!!!
