Located one block from the sea, in the center of the half beach and close to the quiet Corner of the Beach. Ali is close to the best restaurants, night bars, hamburgers, pizzerias and etc ... The waterfront has boardwalks for walking and cycling, plus leisure and fun options like stand up paddle and boating.

With easy access to BR-101, exit to other places such as Beto Carrero World (+ -40 km), Balneário Camboriú (+ -11 km), Florianópolis (+ -69 km) and other beaches in the region. Gostei, ótima localização,lugar tranquilo.Perto de farmácias, mercado e padaria.

O apartamento possui roupas de cama,mesa e banho, achei ótimo. Também guarda- sol cadeiras e carrinho para carrega-los. No entanto algumas coisas precisam melhorar: o ar condicionado é muito barulhento, atrapalha dormir. Uma cama de solteiro que tem outro embaixo são muito ruim,a geladeira não está conservando bem. Senti falta de cortinas. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos...
