Convenient & Cozy
This property was quiet and cozy and had everything we needed. All appliances were user friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
Quiet & Close!
Beautiful home nestled in a small neighborhood in Mena. Just like staying in your own home. We would certainly stay here again.
Very clean & comfortable, reasonably accessible to town facilities & shops.
Although the neighborhood is very quiet, those who are subject to being jolted awake by train horns need to be aware that they will hear trains several times during the night. Also, the town of Mena and the two adjacent counties are dry! It is a long trip to purchase beer, wine, or liquor. Plan accordingly & BYO wine glasses as well. The townspeople are very friendly & welcoming. We enjoyed our week in Arkansas very much. Skyline Cafe serves a great traditional Southern breakfast. Ouachita Little Theater was a great little local theater; and also recommend the Mena train depot museum.
Cozy and Quiet!
Our week in Mena was WONDERFUL because of our stay at The Sherwood Forest House. It is truly a beautiful home away from home. If you are looking for a place close to town, with a nice and quiet neighborhood -- THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
Enjoyed our stay. Great location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Recommend to anyone vacationing
