The decorating is beachy and beautiful and the views are paradise! This unit boasts of a new King bed in the master and new twin and a queen beds in the guest room.

We have a beautiful heated pool and lush tropical surroundings where you can also take advantage of the ideal grill area with numerous grills and beautiful outdoor furniture.

But to see this unit’s most amazing seaside image of all, you have to go out to the balcony. Sit at the balcony table beneath the overhead fan. See the row of palm trees beneath the bright blue sky and water views of the Gulf!

The unit’s western exposure means you can look forward to a spectacular sunset every night.

Excellent Property and Location!

Spent three days in this unit w/5 adults. Great location (couple hundred yards to the ocean on private walkway). The property is well maintained with a great pool and deck area that includes multiple gas grills. The unit is in excellent shape, cozy, has a nice outdoor sitting porch w/an ocean breeze and comes fully supplied including many extras for the beach. Check easy and the owner attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, convenient location

The condo unit was comfortable, although furnishings could be updated. The new couch was a good start. A few minor repairs are needed. The short walk to the beach was a plus and we really appreciated having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating when we asked for a later check-out on the last day of our stay.

Excellent month at the beach

This condo had everything you need to stay at the beach for a long visit. Linens were great quality and plentiful. The beach closet had all the toys, coolers, chairs, etc, needed to enjoy the beach for long periods of time. The beach is the star of this show and having a private access was an important driver for us. This place had it all. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans to cook for yourself. The kitchen is a little on the small side, so only one person can cook at a time but everything functions well. The pool area has great grills for BBQ and the pool is super clean and nice. Owners were super responsive and attentive. We would stay again.

Beautiful property and amazing location

This was a 3 night stay just off of south beach on Marco Island. The condo was really clean, very spacious, and a short stroll from the beach - all via private beach access down a paved walkway. We slept 6 people comfortably in this condo, which included 2 children. The unit seems to have been recently updated with granite and paint/trim. Nice porch area and grea pool as well. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay on Marco.
