Tremendous view over the coastline (as the name suggests), we could admire it for ages and not be bored with that at all. The apartment is ideal for a small family arriving by car, as a spacious garage is provided. A short walk and you are in the Port, where the Old Quarter starts. Fully equipped and a self-contained apartment in which you feel as if you were ona ship. (see the pictures, in reality it looks even more stunning). This is our best choice for Nice, unfortunately wery often occuppied by travellers, so we use other Tony's locations as well.
This very large 1-bedroomed apartment with a spacious balcony has a magnificent panoramic view. At night-time the Chateau Hill and park are dramatically illuminated and tens of thousands of lights twinkle all around the Bay. No single photograph, day or night, can match the experience of enjoying this magnificent 180° Cote d’Azur panorama.
It is a seven-minute stroll to the beaches - Coco Beach and Plage de la Reserve - the delightful Parc Vigier, the marina where all the billionaires' yachts are moored, and the old port surrounded by a marvellous selection of charming restaurants, and there are excellent local shops and a big supermarket. It is ten minutes to the Chateau Hill and Park, the fascinating Old Town, the Flower Market, the Antiques Quarter, the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beautiful Place Massena with its impressive fountains. For those who prefer not to walk, there is a bus stop just 150 metres from the apartment (St Aignan - Route Nos. 30 and 32a).
