A REAL GEM IN DOWNTOWN ST JOHN'S

Our unit at 280 Duckworth was in a perfect location, close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

The unit was immaculately clean and well cared for; when I asked about a hair dryer and a can opener, they were immediately supplied. The apartment is well laid out and is just as it looks in the photos. There is an excellent restaurant just next door and the area is extremely blessed for choices in eating out. Oliver's and The Merchant Tavern on Water Street were two of our particular favourites but there were many more.

Proximity to Quidi Vidi Village, Signal Hill, and Cape Spear Lighthouse was another bonus. The location is in a historic area of the downtown with a number of extremely interesting old buildings and lovely parks close by.

Nick was very personable and quick to answer any questions we had. Cannot recommend this highly enough. We loved it and you will, too!

The best place to stay in downtown st johns

Beautifully renovated property with all the comforts of home, beautiful full kitchen with a dishwasher, in suite laundry, very good in suite Internet and cable TV. Beautiful fireplace and the decor inside is amazing. Heated floors in the bathroom with double sinks and a huge beautiful shower. Ample storage in the suite and very roomy. When you come here you will never wanna leave. Also the owners are amazing and go over and above to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay and are very accommodating for early check ins and late check outs. This will definitely be my go to place to stay anytime I come to St johns NL

Spotless, modern decor and ideal location!

We were in St -John's for a wedding and shared this condo with a another couple. The location is absolutely ideal, close to everything. The condo itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a spacious back balcony.

The condo has everything you need including dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. My only recommendation would be to stock more cups and plates as there was only a service of four, which made the dishwasher useless. Another nice to have would have been a blow dryer (hair), most people forget to pack this as most hotel rooms supply them.

But overall I highly recommend this rental, I will definitely stay there again when I return to St-John's!

Extremely pleased with our rental!!

Our vacation in NFLD was great!! The rental was excellent, it was very spacious , very modern, very clean ,and to top it off, the location was perfect...we were right down town where all the action was!
