Inside- a Home Theater and Game Room stocked with pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, arcade games and more! Just 15 miles from the heart of downtown. With high-speed wifi, this home is perfect for remote school/work. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 17 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Two garage spots available upon request with TESLA charger.
