We recently purchased this 10,000 sq. ft. 5 unit complex at Bear Lake and are eager to rent it! The property is 5 individual units each with their own entrance, kitchen, laundry, living space, etc. You can reserve one unit, all the units or any combination. It is the perfect space for your family or for a large group to all be together but also have your own privacy. There is a spacious backyard that is beautifully landscaped. Ideally located within walking distance to all the restaurants, half mile to the marina and 2 blocks to the water. Built in 2009 with granite, hardwood, tile, etc. you won't find nicer or newer anywhere at Bear Lake and certainly no where near this price!

This unit (Bonneville) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. You'll walk into this unit and immediately be impressed. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath living area with a queen sofa sleeper and a memory foam full sofa sleeper and Direct TV on the flat screen. Beautiful views of the lake can be had from the large deck with furniture and a BBQ. Upstairs you will find the master suite and the loft. The large master bedroom has a king bed. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The master closet is huge! The loft has amazing views and a futon that functions as another bedroom when needed. In the basement you'll find 2 more bedrooms the laundry room and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). The bathroom has a double vanity and a shower.

Great size, plenty of space, plenty of rooms and places to sleep a big group

We enjoyed our stay at the Seasons condos in Harbor Village!!! Terrific size, plenty of space!

We were there during the end of winter, and using the condo as home base for a Snowmobile Hillclimb race at Beaver Mountain Resort, so we were not able to enjoy the lake during this time of year but loved the snow and the resort, very quick and easy access to Beaver Mountain Resort! We will be back next year for sure! THANK YOU!

Beautiful Condo in town~

New 3 bedroom unit was fabulous. 1 block from downtown/main street and all those "famous" shake shops. Plenty of space for the whole family and more. Upgraded everything. We will be staying here again and again. Thank-you!!!!

We were really happy with the property and plan to stay there again! We really enjoyed the close proximity to the lake and the raspberry festival attractions. We found that we really enjoyed being able to walk to Jake's place and Bear Lake Pizza. We also enjoyed being close to the boat launch.

The unit itself was everything we could have hoped for and more. Everything we needed was there- the only thing we could have used was some sheets for the sofa bed. My son slept on the sofa bed (he liked being in the t.v. Room). The unit was very spacious, and the multi-level aspect added additional comfort with separate spaces for people staying as a group. The layout is wonderful with great flow for multiple people. We got up in the morning and made pancakes feeling like we were right at home (except nicer)! The beds were all very comfortable- the master bedroom and bath is really spacious and comfortable. All three levels have bathrooms, and the stairs are wide and spacious for a nice open feel. There was also an undeveloped street right next to to the property that was perfect for parking the truck and boat. We loved it!!

the property was very clean. Could use more serving bowls in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay. There are 3 items that need repair: the queen hide-a-bed in the living room, the headboard on the queen bed downstairs, and the downstairs shower doesn't drain well. Also there needs need to clarification on the extra parking spots around the condos. If you are there first and use those spaces, then leave and someone else comes and sees them empty, they want to use them. Then you come back and find them occupied and ask to have them vacated, it makes for upset renters.

Owner's Response: We appreciate greatly when renters let us know of things that need repair. I was able to fix all 3 items within a day of these renters checking out. There certainly was a confusion with parking and even after multiple explainations somehow this renter still felt entitled to a parking spot that should have been first come first serve and he created some conflict with another renter. Those things happen and we always try our best to meet renter's expectations and are grateful that it almost always works out.

Tony Grove Lake & White Pine Lake - Take in the beautiful Logan Canyon scenery while hiking to and around these lakes. Located 24 miles up Logan Canyon.

Beaver Creek Snowmobile Rentals - 15 minutes away and you will be on a snowmobile riding the greatest beginner to advanced trails in the West. Guides and equipment rentals are available.

Beaver Mountain Resort - Ride the uncrowded slopes of Beaver Mountain in Utah's "Greatest Snow on Earth." Be there in 15 minutes. Ski lessons and rentals are available.

Back Country Trails - Take lunch and go find Bear Lake's famous grizzly bear "Old Ephraim." His grave is located 27 miles up Logan Canyon and through back country trails.
