This Destin beachfront condo at Jade East makes creating special moments so easy- its’ position 17 floors above the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico combined with its many windows for awesome beach views; the refreshing décor scheme of cool blues and greens accented by plush carpets and original art; and the high-end touches including marble countertops and travertine flooring- all ideal surroundings for memory making! A fantastic place for several couples or a large family to relax, 1710 boasts expansive views from each room, a wet bar adjacent to the living room, a furnished balcony, a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. Plus, the master suite has an oversized bathroom with a large travertine shower and bathtub. Guests of Jade East also enjoy deeded beach access, a Gulf front pool and spa deck, tennis courts, numbered parking, high-speed elevators and a barbecue area. Moreover, just beyond Jade East’s gates sits Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, numerous restaurants, golf courses and shops. During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. During other Holidays we require a 4-night minimum. All other times, nightly rentals available. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. No tents or canopies allowed on beach.
