A Cheery Townhouse With Two Bedrooms & Two Bathrooms, 1,300 Square Feet

Since 2015, adventurous, creative and interesting travelers have found their way to Sapphire Place. It is a great place to call home during your active holiday in Montana. After a busy day exploring the mountains, rivers and other natural wonders of the area, this cheery townhouse offers all you need to unwind. It is casual and unpretentious, yet full of comforts, convenience and amenities. The decor reflects the owners love of travel, music and skiing/outdoors.

Sapphire Place sleeps four people (sorry, no pets) and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one half bathroom (1,300 square feet.) The breakdown of space is as follows:

Upstairs:

*Master bedroom - Queen bed, en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Balcony with Bridger Mountain view. Desk

*Guest bedroom: Full bed

*Guest bathroom includes shower but no tub

Washer and dryer, drying rack and laundry detergent

Downstairs:

*Open floor plan allows for effortless entertaining

*Dining area with charming Montana cottage style table seating eight people

*Kitchen with a coffee makers (French Press, ibrik, drip), microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and garbage disposal.

*Living room with gorgeous mountain views. Includes television (No cable or remote) movies, stereo (No remote) and CD collection, coffee table books, novels, a few games and a guitar

*Ceiling fan and gas fireplace add comfort to the downstairs.

There is a one car attached garage for you to store your outdoor gear. Parking is available in the back of the unit and there is parking on the street out front.

***Attention summer guests: there is no BBQ grill on the property and only a small deck that fits a table & two chairs. There is no air conditioning and most guests find that with cool Montana summers they do not need it. It is strictly prohibited for guests to bring and temporarily install their own window-mounted air conditioner or BBQ grill.

*2.8 miles to downtown Bozeman, an easy drive or bike commute along the bike lane on Babcock

*3 miles to Montana State University.

*Several grocery stores are with in 1 to 1.5 miles of the townhouse, and the ski themed Red Chair Cafe and Sidewinders Grill are with in walking distance.

Valley West's park is two blocks away and includes a pond, a picnic pavilion, walking paths and a playground.

Bridger Bowl Ski Area is 30 minutes away. Big Sky Resort is 45 minutes south. Yellowstone National Park is 1.5 hours south.

I have been living and working in Bozemansince 2005 and fully take advantage of all the outdoor amenities the area has to offer. I am an active member of the Bozeman community where I serve as a volunteer DJ at KGLT, our alternative public radio station, serve on the board of various non-profit organizations, and participate regularly in cultural and community events.

I enjoy backcountry skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, the arts, entertaining in my home and international travel. Interestingly, I am a dual American Italian citizen

The combination of city amenities (A museum, symphony, trendy restaurants, etc) in a mid-size town close to the mountains make Bozeman the perfect place for me to call home.

I am the original owner of this townhome, which was built in 2005. With its variety of architectural styles, a park and walking paths, and proximity to grocery stores and downtown, Valley West is one of Bozeman's newer yet highly desirable neighborhoods.

Perfect hub for the first leg of our annual fly fishing trip!

I'm fortunate to be part of a group that makes an annual trip from PA to Montana to fly fish the West. Some in our group have been making this trip for 30 years. This year, circumstances dictated that my friend and I were arriving a few day ahead of our sons so we decided to stick close to Bozeman and fish some of the local waters. The thought of trying to do this out of a hotel did not appeal to us so we searched for an alternative. Sapphire Place was perfect. Great location. The garage gave us a place to dry out our wet wading gear overnight after a long day fishing. There is easy access to numerous spots for late night meals and drinks. We became temporary "locals" at The Red Chair Cafe and Bar.

The place was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonably priced base camp for your Montana adventure.

Great for our need!

We were in Bozeman for our son's wedding and the Sapphire Place gave us not just a place to sleep, but a place where we could participate in the activities of the wedding like we might if we were in our own home. Clean, comfortable, in a great location. We'd certainly recommend the Sapphire Place if you need a "home away from home" while in Bozeman.

Great place / location!

Clean, comfortable, and convienent to downtown Bozeman. Would definitely rent this again. No a/c? No problem. Cooled down every night. Great beds for sleeping too!
