The 1-bedroom apartment 'Andalhue' (a place in the sun on Mapedungo) in Marbella, El Rosario beach side is cozy and fully equipped, it is located about 800 meters from the beach and has a large community pool.

Up to Marbella is about 4-5 kilometers. In the nearby area you will find shops, restaurants, bars, tennis clubs, numerous golf courses, a hospital, several pharmacies, bakeries and numerous sporting activities to enjoy and relax. Babysitter, shine and many more. available on request.

To Marbella town is on the highway just 5 km by car. There are 4 golf courses in the area and from here you can easily start visiting other towns and other attractions in Andalucia. Málaga is 60 km away. It is recommended to rent a car. There is an airport shuttle from the Málaga airport to Marbella bus station. A trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Schöner Urlaub an Costa del Sol

Unsere Familie hat die letzte Augustwoche in dieser Wohnung verbracht.

Der Strand ist zwar 700m entfernt, aber trotzdem gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit einem Mietwagen sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Costa del Sol von Malaga bis Gibraltar in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas dunkel, aber gut ausgestattet. Achtung: Spanientypisch ist es abends im Wohnkomplex ziemlich


Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit, nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, auch im Namen meiner Kunden. In Bezug auf den Lärm im August, kann ich Ihnen nur Recht geben. Es ist der beliebteste Monat und auch meist der Monat, an dem sich die Bevölkerung hier an der Küste, verdoppelt oder auch verdreifacht, die Urlaubsstimmung natürlich auch und die unterschiedlichen Zeiten der verschiedenen Nationalitäten können schon zu einem höheren Geräuschpegel führen. Im Süden, wetterbedingt, lebt es sich später und auch mehr draussen. September ist normalerweise für meine Kunden aus Deutschland der ideale Monat, um diese Region zu besuchen. Viele Deutsche verbringen daher lieber den August in Deutschland und sind dann im September wieder hier. Ich würde mich freuen Sie wieder bei mir begrüssen zu dürfen und nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Beurteilung. Herzlichst, Véronique Zamorano Grenzdörfer

Great host, great apartment, great area!

My teenage daughter and I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in July. We had the most wonderful stay there. The building is located in a convenient spot: it's a walking distance to the beach and is very close to bus stops. If you travel without a car, there are two buses that go to Marbella (15 min. ride) and follow the schedule pretty well. Conveniently, the buses make many stops in Marbella itself. There is a nice size supermarket very close to the building, as well as a bank machine. There are a few restaurants near the supermarket, and a lot of restaurants are along the beach. It's a pleasure to dine in one of them and watch the sunset. A small restaurant Mozaic is almost in front of the building. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We loved walking around the neighborhood, safe and clean, with many pretty houses bathing in flowers and vines. The building is maybe 8-10 min. walking distance to the beach. The walk is pleasant and never tiring. If you take the road that leads straight to the beach, you will get to the Hippopotamus Beach. This little beach is narrow and has some rocks when you get into the water. However, if you walk just a little to the left (we stayed at the South Beach), or to the right there are wider beaches with less rocks or no rocks at all. All these beaches are just a few steps away from each other. The apartment itself is very pleasant, quiet, with nice decor. Its owner, Veronique, is the friendliest person and puts a lot of love into this place. She tries to make it environmentally friendly and cozy. The place looked just like the pictures that Veronique posted. Everything in the kitchen was new and there was a good supply of utensils, dishes, cleaning products, olive oil, teas, etc. I was never short of anything. The apartment was super clean. The laundry machine in the kitchen was a great help. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable to sleep on and I always kept the windows, which are basically the doors to the balcony, open. The apartment gets plenty of shade and was always pleasantly cool; I never had to turn on the fan. The micro climate in Marbella is absolutely delightful: it's always warm, but never hot. It hadn't rained once. We also enjoyed sitting at the table on the balcony surrounded by Veronique's plants. The internet in the apartment worked perfectly, and there was a telephone as well. Flat screen TV in the living room had many international channels.

Pretty and quiet, fully equipped holiday apartment in El Rosario - Las Chapas, Marbella, only 5 minutes from the beach 'Alicate Playa' away (about 700m). Nearby there are numerous ways to relax, practice water sports, plan trips and excursions, spa deals and more.

The apartment has a terrace (conservatory), 1 bedroom, a guest bed (90) in the living room, a baby bed, a new and modern bathroom completed in March with walk-in shower and is located in a closed urbanization with communal pool. Tennis club just 5 minutes away, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, 24h pharmacies, Wifi hot spots and much more in the immediate vicinity. To Marbella town is on the highway just 5 km by car. The apartment has Wifi access and two televisions. A living room and a bedroom. They have 800 channels and as far as all major German TV programs.

There are 4 golf courses in the area and from here you can easily start visiting other towns and other attractions in Andalucia. Málaga is 60 km away. It is recommended to rent a car. There is an airport shuttle that runs from Malaga airport to Marbella bus station or to request a pick up service.

Golf: This apartment is perfect for golfers. It is only a few minutes from the golf courses Santa Clara Golf, Santa María Golf, Marbella Golf & Country Club and Los Monteros Golf Club.
