Beautiful home, nice amenities. Someone did not pick up after their dog and my son found a surprise in the grass. The garbage dumpster was difficult to locate. My only other issue was the upstairs master shower had no pressure, the water sprinkled out of the rain head
Hello Howard. Thanks for the review. We do appreciate the feedback. To answer the points raised. We share your disappointment with the owner of the dog that did not pick up after his pet. The rules are there for all to observe but for all the classy people who stay in Reunion resort, there is always the chance that there will be one who isn't worthy of it. Our apologies for that. The garbage dumpster is opposite the home, and page one of your arrival pack does say that. What we have now added to the pack is that the dumpster is in the corner to the right so hopefully it should be easier to spot. As for the water pressure, there have been a few comments about that of late. Nobody has actually called us about it while they were in the home though which is strange. Still, it is a Rain Forest shower head which means that the water pressure on that setting is supposed to be low, with the water coming out soft which is very relaxing. I personally love it that way, but as I am not the one using it here I have changed out the head and now the pressure is as you would expect from a normal shower. We are very pleased that you enjoyed this beautiful home Howard and that you took the time to let us know about your stay. Beautiful place but a few issues
This was a beautiful place, the area is extremely nice and close to Disney which is what we wanted. I cannot give this a 4 or 5 star however because of a couple issues that honestly could be easy to fix and have been mentioned by others but they haven’t fixed. The first thing was when we arrived there were supposed to be double beds in the third bedroom, they are only small twins, my teenage boys were cramped and it was disappointing because it said doubles. Also in that room the carpet was stained, we thought it was dirt but it was tar or something stained and stuck to the rug. The other master kk g downstairs was wonderful comfortable bed and shower and tub were perfect. The upstairs living space was smaller than we thought but it was fine as we weren’t there much at all. The internet is horrible so if you have to work or have kids with games don’t expect much. The upstairs master bedroom was very nice and the bed excellent. However the shower is unusable. It is barely dripping out and washing your hair was almost impossible, I had to go downstairs to the shower to rinse my hair. The kitchen is big and stocked well. Overall the place worked well for us but certainly would have expected higher quality from Reunion with the amazing homes and grounds around us.
This is our 2nd time staying in the Reunion Resort and both times we had issues as soon as we got there (DIFFERENT RENTAL CO.). Will not stay there again. We were given the passcode to entry the condo, all paperwork was printed out just like we were told to do. We unpacked the rental car and were headed out to pick up some groceries and meet friends for dinner. There was NO instructions anywhere on how to lock the doors, not even in there nice 3 ring binder that was left on the kitchen counter. We made several attempts to contact management thru VRBO and by phone. Their first response was , we must have done something to the lock on the inside. We finally had to repack our car so we could leave and left the place unlocked. After several hours we finally received correspondence on the procedure for locking the door. Very frustrating. It should have been on the paperwork with the passcode. The place itself is very nice. The upstairs shower has very low water pressure. There is basically no wifi upstairs, the only time we could connect upstairs is a 6:00 a.m. Weak signal downstairs. Like I said different management co. on our first stay, but had to be moved several times for issues in the condo and after we were told the condo was inspected, 3 TV's didn't work and multiple light bulbs were out.
Hello Patty, I need to get this right. You are rating our home in part because of issues you experienced in another home you stayed in previously, managed by another company, and owned by a different family? Really? Surely that should not be allowed by Homeaway I hear you cry, and you would be right. But sadly, as we have learned in the past with HA, anything can be written, by anybody, at any time, about almost anything and it will be allowed to stand. Shocking but true, but a cost of doing business on here unfortunately. All I know is that the next time I stay anywhere I will mention the time my tent fell over when I was camping in 1978 and rate my stay on that. I'll bet that review gets removed, as long as it isn't on here. Still, to address the one and only legitimate issue this guest mentioned while she was here, which was the lock. She emailed 4 times and called 3 times between 6.20 pm and 6.51 pm on 3/29. There was no mention before or since about a shower issue, (from her or any guest since I might add) and nothing said about any internet issues. It was just the lock, though I should say now that the HOA provide the internet for the entire resort and we had not had any other issues with it until this guest arrived. Regarding the lock, in that 31 minute flurry we did call Patty back 3 times to try to explain how to lock it and we thought it was successful. We have used Schlage locks for 15 years, including several such as this type, and the only other guests to have this issue were a party of mentally challenged people from France in 2012. We called them back on a Sunday evening as I remember and they said they had figured it out themselves and actually apologized to us for the inconvenience!. Very nice people. What we did learn from this though, in the new age of online reviews, is that while people will never blame themselves for their own intellectual shortcomings, they will post a 2 star review for the home because it makes them feel better. Patty emailed back within 90 minutes saying she had returned home and the lock was fine, so where she got 'several hours' from is another of those nice little exaggerations that you get in these reviews when people pad out their complaints to give them more substance. That said, we have now added the instruction to our arrival pack on how to lock the door when a guest leaves so that all future guests will now know what to do. As for the comments at the end about how she had to move from another home on her last stay, it is just plain stupid to include those comments in a review of this property and any other site on Earth would have removed the review because of it. Not going to happen here though, so I won't be wasting my time asking for it.
Great location and great townhome
The townhome was very nice with all the essentials for our family. It is very spacious and clean with higher end furnishings and really soft linens. One small complaint is the water pressure in upstairs shower is very light (not sure if this is fixable or not). Highly recommend!

This was a very nice property with all the amenities you will ever need. The development itself and the location are excellent. The unit is bright and airy. The beds and furniture are comfortable.

Walt Disney World is the main attraction in Central Florida. A magical place where storybook fantasy becomes everyday reality, there are many theme parks to explore, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
For more fun and laughter involving water rides, you can also visit Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.

For those of you who are a bit more daring, hop over to Universal Islands of Adventure to sample the world's most thrilling rollercoasters.
There are many other theme parks to visit in Florida, including Busch Gardens and Sea World, where you can rub shoulders with our many friends from the ocean.
One cannot visit Orlando without taking advantage of the host of popular shopping malls in the area, including the Florida Mall, Millenia Mall and Orlando Premium Outlets.
