Be one of the very first people to stay at our BRAND NEW, luxury beach house on the West End of PCB otherwise known as "30A East" because of its proximity to Carillon, Inlet and Rosemary Beaches. Just minutes from Pier Park and downtown PCB with all of it's dining, activities, shopping, and nightlife yet with this residential community it feels like your own oasis with quiet, uncrowded beaches and NO high rise hotels! Get the best of all worlds in this stretch of beach that is quickly becoming the area's best kept secret! Luxury amenities, thoughtful design, unique furnishings and décor and top notch service make this high end property one of the best in the area. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 offer King beds and 3 are master suites (1st and 2nd floors).The 4th king room shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with an adjoining custom built queen over queen plus trundle room. First floor entry doors, king bedroom and full bath are wheelchair friendly. All of the bunk rooms offer queen over queen high-clearance, adult-sized beds which are comfortable for guests of all ages and sizes. The top floor bedroom is oversized, offering 4 beds which sleep up to 8 adults/kids. This room is connected to a full bathroom with dual vanity and a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also opens up into the Recreation area and wet bar. With water views of the Gulf just 300 feet away from nearly every 2nd and 3rd floor window, this amazingly designed beach house sleeps up to 21 in beds. This is truly a distinctive beach home designed for distinguishing guests who are looking for a memorable beach experience where family traditions are experienced and made each year.

We didn’t forget about the fur babies!! There is a private fenced in yard and even a special area for your furry kids to play and hang out safely and comfortably, complete with outdoor shower and dog wash to clean them up from their romp at the beach! Covered outdoor kitchen offers grill, sink and covered dining area overlooking the in-ground pool. We have a very spacious back yard with chaise lounges for sunning and plenty of room for games or playtime. Show your competitive side on the outdoor ping pong table or corn hole boards! About Clarissa Zimmermann

Northeast meets Northwest and somehow end up in the South! We currently call GA home but are hoping to migrate sooner rather than later, work and lifestyle permitting. Both of us currently travel for work so our hope is to someday spend a bit more leisure time enjoying the PCB/30A area when we do have down time. In the meantime, we want to share the fruits of our labor with you in hopes that you will enjoy what we have lovingly designed as beautiful and functional vacation rental properties. Having spent so many years traveling for a living as well as for fun, we wanted to design properties that made sense and maximized the functional space. So many properties are built like regular houses without attention to detail when it comes to what people really use and need in their weekly vacation rental. I think you will agree that our effort to make these houses some of the most spectacular properties in the PCB area will pay off and you, the guests, will get to enjoy them as much as we do!

Great Family Space

We had 5 families with small children and the space was more than adequate. The open kitchen/dining/living room is feels even bigger in person than the pictures show. The highlight for our group was having the nice patio with pool right off the front door.The sand is less than a 2-minute walk away. The only minor drawback is that large-sized pots and pans are limited so you may want to bring a spare if you are cooking for a large family/group. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again sometime.

Family Relaxing Vacation West Panama Beach

What an amazing experience! We were 4+ families w/12 teens and all had a blast!!! The home was exactly like the pics. Comfy, relaxing and so close to the beach! The views were spectacular and we loved every minute of it.

The custom queen beds for the teens were perfect! The 3rd floor was their little hang out which gave us adults plenty of time to ourselves downstairs. Loved having a washer and dryer downstairs as well as upstairs.

We couldn't ask for anything more . . . . we maybe more vacation days!! :) We definitely would be back.

Very nice .....

We enjoyed the house very much. It has plenty of room for 20 people. The 3rd floor upstairs is great for a group of kids. Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils.

A great, relaxing vacation house!

Our large extended family had a great time at Dog Dayz! It's only 1 block from the beach, and the beach is uncrowded since it's far from the high-rise condos. We saw dolphins, a sea turtle, and schools of manta rays in the water; very cool. It was a perfect beach for nighttime walks as there weren't any large broken shells to hurt bare feet. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, water parks, putt putt, go-carts, you name it. The house is new but built to look older with high ceilings. Very impressive. The A/C units work great, and it was nice having two refrigerators, two washers and dryers, all the TVs, the USB ports in the wall outlets, etc, etc. We hope we can come back soon!

Perfect for Family of 15!

Our family of 15 (10 adults, two 11-year-olds, and 3 pre-schoolers) had a great week at Dog Dayze! The main-floor bedroom was perfect for us, the grandparents. The huge kitchen allowed for several of us to be involved in food prep, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit at mealtime. 2 laundry areas were perfect for evening washing of beach towels and kid clothes. Our whole family loved the outdoor space. The brick patio was huge, and we spent a lot of time out there. The kids absolutely loved the pool! They swam whenever they weren't at the beach. In fact, our 5-year-old granddaughter learned to swim over the week. She was so excited! Our adult sons loved the ping-pong table and had some friendly competition going on. The wood fence around the patio provided a beautiful backdrop for the family pictures we always make on our beach trips, and the wooden bench was a great feature for sitting and for picture-taking. We did not bring a pet, but the fenced area on the side of the home was a great space for safely storing the 8 bikes we brought with us. Several of us biked up to Thomas Donuts in Laguna Beach a few mornings. Others transported their bikes to Gayle's Trails in Conservation Park or Frank Brown Park, both which are conveniently located to Dog Dayze. Even our 4-year-old grandson could ride his small bike safely on the trails. One

of our favorite things about this house was it's easy access to the beach. The walk took about 2 minutes or less. It was close to Beach Access 89 and 90. 90 has a designated crosswalk across Front Beach Road, and the boardwalk down to the beach has fewer steps, so it is easier for older folks, wagons, etc. Just be sure to ask your beach service to set up your chairs near 90 if you plan to use that one. The house is located close to Publix and Winn Dixie, and we discovered a well-stocked Dollar Store just a short distance away at the end of Kelly Drive on Back Beach Road. My husband loved not having to keep up with house keys, and all of the adults could unlock the door with our personal code. Since I am the one who chooses the home and communicates with the owner, I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of Clarissa. She responded almost immediately every time I asked a question, and I asked several! We feel very fortunate to have rented a vacation home from someone who always seemed to be interested in assuring that we had a great experience!

Perfect for large family

We had 9 adults and 10 children stay for a week in this beautiful home. All of the beds had very comfortable mattresses with extra blankets and pillows to accommodate everyone. There were multiple spaces to gather together for meals, tv time or outside around the pool. The pool was small but our young children enjoyed it. This house has been well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to make staying in for a meal a breeze. The grocery store is only a mile away! We very much appreciated the assortment of games and books which kept us entertained on the rainy days. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful white sand beach in a residential area. It was a wonderful trip!

Tip: make sure both ice makers in the downstairs freezer are turned on. There is one in the door and one in the drawer.

Offering the best of all worlds, just to the west is well-known 30A and the beautiful beaches of South Walton. If the beach is why you came, you won't be disappointed. If walking 30 steps to the access boardwalk is your idea of a perfect beach spot, then this is the place you want to be! Our property has not just one but two public beach access points (89 and 90) literally across the street. There are no high rise condos or hotels on this stretch, no commercial traffic and limited public parking so you will have the beach practically all to yourself!

Need to shop for supplies, grab some cash from the ATM, get a mani-pedi, enjoy dining with gators...All of that and more is available just 1 mile to the west of us making your stay a vehicle optional if you wish to park it and leave it. Just down the block is a fantastic locals place called Sunnyside Café offering casual dining or a great place to sip your first cup of morning coffee before you cross the street and get your toes in the sand.

Just 2.4 miles to the east, an easy bike ride or scenic walk along dedicated beach if you choose, you will come upon two of the more famous Laguna Beach landmarks. Carousel Supermarket is a not-so-hidden gem offering one stop shopping for locals and guests, high quality groceries, packaged liquor, and the largest wine selection in PCB. Having a craving for something sweet or the best breakfast sandwich along the beach? You will want make a pit stop at Thomas Donut and Snack Shop. Get there early for the best selection and be sure to buy a few extra donuts for later, you will be glad you did!

Famous Pier Park with all of the restaurants, stores, dog-friendly beach and fishing pier are a mere 10 minute drive so there is never a shortage of activities no matter what your group wants to do.

For anyone looking to enjoy all that PCB has to offer but without the crowds, there is no better place to be. We like to call it 30A East because you get all of the benefits of being so close but without the higher prices and all of the action of Pier Park nearby but without the crowds and traffic! It is a perfect little oasis in the heart of it all!

Please review rental agreement and contact owner with any questions. A welcome email will be sent prior to arrival with important information about house rules and useful information such as trash pick up, wifi code, pool alarm bypass, etc. That email will be sent to the VRBO email as well as your personal email provided. If you do not receive that email or the access code by the day before your arrival date, please contact owner ASAP so that it can be resent. Because of the $1000 penalty for smoking in the house, we are charging a $1000 damage deposit that is fully refundable upon checkout. We can adjust the payment schedule for that deposit to within 21 days of arrival if notice is provided in advance of first payment. Pet fee of $250 will be applied to all reservations at this property unless your reservation request specifically states that NO pets will be staying. Please advise owner at time of reservation request if there will be pets joining you for your stay so the price quoted will be accurate . A Pet Waiver will be included with all reservation requests and along with the rental agreement, must be acknowledged and accepted in order to reserve the property and proceed with payment. $59 insurance is also required and may be increased based on size/age of group renting.
