Be one of the first to stay at our BRAND NEW construction, custom designed homes with panoramic views of the Gulf from nearly every 2nd and 3rd floor window! Located on the very popular West End of Panama City Beach, known also as 30A East. Our home sits just 150 feet from the sand, less than a minutes walk to get across the street and onto the world's most beautiful beaches! With this homes 5-star amenities, perfect location, top notch service and outstanding views you’ll never want to leave. This house offers the ideal set up for wedding parties, reunions, large groups, corporate retreats or multiple families/generations traveling together. Common areas on every floor and master suites throughout the home allow you to be together when you want to be and find reprieve when needed. Every consideration has been taken to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one...

This home is a 3 story home designed to have the first floor lockout as a fully functioning, independent 1900 sq foot house/apt with full sized kitchen, laundry room, living and dining rooms, two full sized King bedrooms and bathrooms with direct access to the pool/bbq area. The top two floors offer a full "second" house which has another 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, laundry room, huge open kitchen, dining room, living room space that will seat up to 21 together for meals. The upstairs two floors both have oversized decks that allow the indoor living space to open up and flow to the outside where you can enjoy stunning views of the Gulf, less than a minute walk from where you would be standing. Watch the dolphins make their daily feeding swim, see the most amazing sunsets you will ever know, and no photo can do it justice!

Unless otherwise noted, pricing is for the entire 9 bedroom house but if you are interested in renting either the 2 bedroom or the 7 bedroom separately outside of the months of June or July, please contact the owner directly for pricing and availability. What is shown on the calendar as blocked represents the entire house rented together. When the units are rented independently of one another, both groups may have access to the swimming pool/outdoor kitchen, depending on the arrangements. If you have a large party and want to have the whole place to yourself with room to spread out and "miss" each other by being able to get away for some quiet time, this is the property for you!

In total, there are 6 king bedrooms (4 with private baths, 1 connected to a shared bath, 1 with access to a shared HC friendly bath), 1 Queen bedroom with private bath, 1 queen trundle room (wood, custom built, adult-sized queen over queen bed with high head clearance and pull out Twin XL trundle. This room can sleep up to 5), and 1 twin bunk room (bunk room sleeps 2 and shares a bathroom). This spacious 5700 sq ft house includes 2 full kitchens, 9 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms a covered outdoor kitchen with seating and a private swimming pool! There are lounge chairs for sunning and plenty of seating for when the kids/adults are hanging out in and around the pool.

The bottom level (First floor lockout area) offers 2 master king suites with two full baths and one is wheelchair friendly. This first floor layout offers the option to be a completely separate unit from the main house when rented separately or allows some privacy from the main house when rented together but still wishing to have some private space. It is ideal for multi-generations and multiple families traveling together giving privacy and a separate space while still being "connected". Perfect for an in-law suite, nanny, grandparents, or the bride and groom to be!

Located on the second level is the large, open concept gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining areas which flow together with seating for 12-14 at the dining table, 7 more seats at the island bar and if you have more than 21 eating together. The outdoor deck seating offers tables so you can also dine alfresco! This way the entire group can dine in the same space. That common space is also large enough with a huge dining table (seats 12-14) and large screen TV ideal for conducting corporate/business meetings including the use of a projector. On the second floor you will also find a second laundry room, 2 king suites with their own spa like bath both with separate walk-in showers and luxury finishes. One of the kings shares the common area full bath but is connected to it for private access.

Continue your way upstairs and continue the amazing Gulf views! This top level floor offers 2 more king bedroom suites including one with sliding glass doors that open to the oversized deck and ocean views in every direction, 1 queen bedroom suite with a private bath including a large walk in shower, 1 wood, custom built queen bed with Twin XL trundle and optional queen bunk if needed (3 beds sleeps up to 5), and a cute twin bunk room for the kids. There is also a sleeper sofa in the common area on the third floor for any overflow sleepers.

Both houses can be accessed through the adjacent backyards by a 10 foot sliding barn door. About Clarissa Zimmermann

Northeast meets Northwest and somehow end up in the South! We currently call GA home but are hoping to migrate sooner rather than later, work and lifestyle permitting. Both of us currently travel for work so our hope is to someday spend a bit more leisure time enjoying the PCB/30A area when we do have down time. In the meantime, we want to share the fruits of our labor with you in hopes that you will enjoy what we have lovingly designed as beautiful and functional vacation rental properties. Having spent so many years traveling for a living as well as for fun, we wanted to design properties that made sense and maximized the functional space. So many properties are built like regular houses without attention to detail when it comes to what people really use and need in their weekly vacation rental. I think you will agree that our effort to make these houses some of the most spectacular properties in the PCB area will pay off and you, the guests, will get to enjoy them as much as we do!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a large group of 14 adults and 6 young children. This beautiful home had more than enough room for everyone to settle for the week and be comfortable. We loved the big living room and kitchen area. It was a perfect place to gather. The pool area was great for an evening barbecue. Clarissa was quick to respond to any questions we had and was fabulous to work with. This was our first trip to Laguna and we were so pleased with the beach and surrounding areas. It's peaceful and not too crowded but you are only minutes from stores and restaurants. Thomas's donuts and ice cream did not disappoint! You will love this place!

Practically Perfect!

This was our bi-annual vacation where we take our entire family on vacation. There were 20 of us (9 kids, 11 adults) and there was room room and more room for all of us. The home is beautiful!! I mean so much that several of us were taking away decorating ideas. The location was great for us, being right across the street to the beach and access walks practically in front of the house. Second and third decks offered awesome views and a lovely breeze. We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with Pina Coloda's. The pool is rather small, but the smaller kids enjoyed it a lot - and it made it easy to watch them. Loved that there was a door alarm going into the pool area from the house. There was definitely a learning curve for some to push the silence button, but the littles couldn't reach that high so it helped to insure they didn't go out alone.

We truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchens were and that we didn't have to bring our own linens like may houses we have rented in the past. Clarissa was quick to answer any questions we had.

Gorgeous home, friendly, attentive owners, beautiful beaches .... Practically Perfect in every way!

Amazing Stay

We had all bedrooms full of adults during our stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel more than comfortable. The furnishings are top shelf. The view of the ocean is breathtaking as we watched schools of dolphins playing. Several of us took the very short walk to the peaceful beach. The owners were very hospitable and left contact numbers and texts in case we needed anything....we did not need a thing. It was an amazing stay in a gorgeous home.

2017 Spring Break

The house was beautiful! The living areas were great for our large group to congregate in. Pool was small but enjoyed cooking and hanging out by it. The house worked very well for our large group.

Amazing home in a perfect location so close to the beach!

While the owner wasn't initially keen on allowing a college aged group reserve the home, she did provide us with an extra strict rental agreement and made sure that we understood that this was a property and a neighborhood that was worthy of respect and that she would not tolerate anything less. We agreed that we would be on our best behavior because there was no other property we wanted to stay in more than this one! She reluctantly agreed after we met the added conditions set forth.

I can't say enough about how amazing this house is! Clarissa was right about it being in a residential area so if you are a party group looking to be near bars and have the crowds and party right outside your door, this is not the place for you. If you want a beautiful and huge home super close to the beach with a pool and killer backyard, then this IS the house you want to stay at. Hopefully, no other spring break groups ruin it for us because we would love to come back again next year!

4 families at the beach!

Double Down was an awesome house for our beach vacation! We had 8 adults and 11 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each couple had a room, the kids enjoyed the bunk rooms, and we had room to spare. It didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. The common areas are nice and large. Both kitchens were well stocked, with everything we needed. The outdoor shower with warm water was greatly appreciated, especially with all the kids!

The best features of this house are: 1. Proximity to the beach. It’s right across the street. This strip of beach is perfect too, with white sand and low dunes. 2. The top deck, where you can watch the sun set on the water. We also saw dolphins several times while lounging on the deck—that’s how close to the water it is. 3. The decor and style of the house is wonderful…no expense was spared to make this a truly comfortable and stylish place to relax. 4. Clarissa was incredibly helpful, answering our questions and helping us with suggestions about the area. Renting this house was more like an Airbnb experience in that way. One family in our party actually left an iPad in the house and didn’t realize it was missing until Clarissa called. She really went out of her way to take care of us.

Everything we needed was close by, from groceries to restaurants to sailboat rentals. I noticed one of the other reviews mentioned some construction noise…we didn’t hear a thing. We enjoyed a dream vacation and will definitely return again!

Offering the best of all worlds, just to the west is well-known 30A and the beautiful beaches of South Walton. If the beach is why you came, you won't be disappointed. If walking 15 steps to the access boardwalk is your idea of a perfect beach spot, then this is the place you want to be! Our property has not just one but two public beach access points (89 and 90) literally across the street. There are no high rise condos or hotels on this stretch, no commercial traffic and limited public parking so you will have the beach practically all to yourself!

Need to shop for supplies, grab some cash from the ATM, get a mani-pedi, enjoy dining with gators...All of of that and more is available just 1 mile to the west of us making your stay a vehicle optional if you wish to park it and leave it. Just down the block is a fantastic locals place called Sunnyside Café offering casual dining or a great place to sip your first cup of morning coffee before you cross the street and get your toes in the sand.

Just 2.4 miles to the east, an easy bike ride or scenic walk along dedicated beach if you choose, you will come upon two of the more famous Laguna Beach landmarks. Carousel Supermarket is a not-so-hidden gem offering one stop shopping for locals and guests, high quality groceries, packaged liquor, and the largest wine selection in PCB. Having a craving for something sweet or the best breakfast sandwich along the beach? You will want make a pit stop at Thomas Donut and Snack Shop. Get there early for the best selection and be sure to buy a few extra donuts for later, you will be glad you did!

Famous Pier Park with all of the restaurants, stores, dog-friendly beach and fishing pier are a mere 10 minute drive so there is never a shortage of activities no matter what your group wants to do.

For anyone looking to enjoy all that PCB has to offer but without the crowds, there is no better place to be. We like to call it 30A East because you get all of the benefits of being so close but without the higher prices and all of the action of Pier Park nearby but without the crowds and traffic! It is a perfect little oasis in the heart of it all!

Option to rent top two floors only (7 bedroom 6 bathroom) through early May and after mid August. Contact owner for rates and availability.
Please review rental agreement and contact owner with any questions. A welcome email will be sent prior to arrival with important information about house rules and useful information such as trash pick up, wifi code, pool alarm bypass, etc. That email will be sent to the VRBO email as well as your personal email provided. If you do not receive that email or the access code by the day before your arrival date, please contact owner ASAP so that it can be resent. Because of the $1000 penalty for smoking in the house, we are charging a $1000 damage deposit that is fully refundable upon checkout. We can adjust the payment schedule for that deposit to within 30 days of arrival if notice is provided in advance of first payment. $59 insurance coverage is also required and may be increased based on size/age of group renting.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
