Amazing beach house, steps to beach and one block away from Main Street restaurants/shopping. Large gorgeous backyard with outdoor living room. No need to drive, walking distance to everything. Half-mile south of the Santa Monica Pier, Mall and 3rd Street Mall; half-mile north of Venice Boardwalk. At Ocean Park Blvd surf point. Lots to see and do and a great place to relax. One bedroom with queen bed; plus optional queen size air bed, nice linens. Maximum occupancy - 2 adults and 2 small children. Weekly maid service. Finest kitchen appliances. No parties.

Stunningly Cool

What a great house in Santa Monica!!! Thanks for renting it to us. The location is perfect, a half a block to the beach, with no major streets to cross. Situated within a 10 minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier or a little farther to the the Venice Beach Boardwalk, both must see attractions.

The house is impossibly cool and you will feel cooler for staying there. The bedroom is a good size and the living room was perfect with the Aerobed for the kids. The house is on a quiet street, and feels very safe and secluded. The backyard was a wonderful oasis when you tire of the beach. We didn't take advantage of the bikes provided, but I can see how useful they could be.

The beach was nearly deserted in our area, and if you got out early you could catch the surfers and dolphins riding the waves. There were good restaurants all around, and Uber was quick to respond for pick up calls.

We would absolutely re-book this beach house if we return to Santa Monica. In fact we may return just to stay at Sharon's again! Thank you again for the use of your fabulous property, the kids loved this trip even more than Mexico.

Perfect location and terrific backyard for a vacation in Santa Monica!

My husband and I were visiting our son in LA and found this terrific home for our 10 day stay. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. There is no need to rent a car but if you do this home has ample on sight parking. The entire house is well maintained and clean. If you feel the need for internet service this home has a very high speed connection plus a television connected to apple tv for lots of viewing possibilities. No need to worry about entertainment if its a rainy day. The backyard was full of blooming jasmine and lovely plants which were loaded with birds. The hummingbirds were plentiful. The owner was wonderful and responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house.

Charming Beach House With Great Location!

My family of three had a great experience staying at this property last weekend. It is a charming beach house with an ideal location less than one block from what is probably the best beach area in Santa Monica, near the Shutters and Casa del Mar hotels. This area of the beach is quiet and laid back, but you are a short walk down the beach from the Santa Monica Pier and you can enjoy views of the pier and the Santa Monica Mountains as a backdrop. The house has all modern furnishings, charming decor, a professional, well-stocked kitchen with Viking refrigerator and Wolf oven/range, and coffee service. There were plenty of bed sheets, bath and beach towels. It has a beautiful and private backyard with a dining and lounging area and wonderful lime and grapefruit trees. There is also off-street parking. It is in the middle of a quiet block but still within easy walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops and Santa Monica boutiques. We didn't have any problems or need anything, but the owner was very attentive and emailed to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Perfect location

Just left Sharon's beach house and waiting at LAX. Location cannot be beat, literally steps from the beach. A short walk to the left and you are in Venice Beach and a short walk to the right brings you upon the Santa Monica pier. House is fully equipped and amply stocked with bath towels, beach towels etc. The kitchen has excellent appliances if you are inclined to cook on your holiday. There are two bicycles for your use. Highly recommended and will be delighted to rent again upon our return to the LA area.

Great location, beautiful back yard.

One will not find a better location in Santa Monica. Super convenient to the beach and downtown. Very clean house with a gorgeous tropical backyard, secure private parking, fast reliable internet, comfy bed and a kuerig coffee maker with tons of coffee. The owner is super nice and was quick to respond to our every minor and picky need. We would stay here again.
