We are a newlywed couple in 2014 and travel often for work and leisure. We love to meet new people from all over the world and welcome you to our home that features my extraordinary collection of my photographic artworks, as well as some from local Venice artists and friends.

Remodeled in 2009, our house is just like new. The house is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with an artistic mix of upscale, modern furniture as well as my personal artwork. This is our personal home that we offer for rental to only a limited number of visitors per year. You get the privacy, generous space and comforts of a house for the price of a quality hotel room.

We loved the house and planning to come back

It was such a beautiful, fully equipped and clean house for our family trip to LA. The house has a perfect location for the beach and Abbot Kinney. Kids loved it. We walked to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Jeremy was very helpful and he was there whenever we needed. We are planning to come back.

wonderful stay in a spacious luxurious home

This was a great choice! Jeremy was friendly and helpful from start to finish - from the initial contact online - through the booking process (I accidentally booked the wrong month and he picked up my mistake and checked back with me and then adjusted the booking) and to our arrival and stay at his remarkable home.

The property looks amazing in the photos but it is even better in reality! It really is a designer home that showcases Jeremy's incredible artwork. It is more spacious than I thought from the photos - the living area is huge - it has a well equipped kitchen and large airy bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding, a huge ensuite as well as another bathroom. We were meeting up with one of our sons (25 years old) who has been living overseas for the last 4 years and travelling with our youngest son (17 years old) and the space was perfect for us all. There is a BBQ and a really nice area outside which we made good use of.

The location also worked well for us without a car - we enjoyed the 15 minute walk (approx) to Venice Beach and it was easy enough to get ubers for getting out and about further. We also hired bikes to ride between Venice Beach and Santa Monica and it was an easy ride from the house to Venice Beach. It was nice to be staying so close to all the action of Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach and yet far enough away that we got to enjoy being in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. I also felt very safe in this space - the property is fully fenced with a security code to gain access to the private front courtyard area.

I highly recommend this property and send huge thanks to Jeremy and Dah for all their help in making our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful property

The home is stunning, very well located, and the owner makes things simple and easy. Stayed with my family (we have two children) and we loved it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the place was very clean and spacious, the outdoor space is great for drying beach clothes or having an outdoor meal. Being walking distance to Abbot Kinney and many great coffee spots and restaurants was great. Couldn't recommend this property more highly, the pictures are beautiful, but you'll be even more impressed when you are standing in the house!

Great place to stay if you want to be near the restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Came to LA to celebrate a high school graduation. This property was perfect for us. A block from the shops at Abbott Kinney and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space to entertain a small group of people. The owner was great. Always available if there was an issue. we had five people in our group, including a toddler, and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Spacious, convenient yet private

This house was the perfect house when I rented it for a family Thanksgiving. My family lives in SoCal and we rented the house so that we had a place to stay while visiting. Somehow Thanksgiving was cooked at the rental house and the kitchen served our meal perfectly. It turned out to be a great meeting point and the house is so comfortable and within walking distance to Abbot Kinney shopping and restaurants. Rebecca, our host, was very responsive in the initial inquiry for the house as I was trying to explain what we were doing at the rental house. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Contemporary, spacious and comfortable place to stay

Four of us spent a wonderful few days at this house and found it to be clean, spacious and a really pleasant space. It is so handy to everything, the Abbot Kinney Blvd with its independent shops, restaurants and bars. It's also close to the beach and a bus stop where you can get a bus to Santa Monica/Hollywood if walking a few miles is not your thing. We went for a lovely Sunday morning walk out around the Marina, along the boardwalk, through the canal area and back to the house via the Abbot McKinney Blvd and then went for brunch.

The house has everything in it that you would require, if you want to cook in or wash clothes or spend a quiet night watching a film. The beds are comfortable and everything is of a high quality. Overall we had the most enjoyable stay and I would recommend the house to my friends.

If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.
