Just like it is in the pics
Great house a minute from the beach! Our family enjoyed the house and look forward to our next trip. Clean space with good amenities ( WiFi, number of items for kitchen, chairs and activities items for beach). Loved it!
The place has a couple of great marks and a couple of not so great marks for our trip. The inside of the house is nice. Really, we could not ask for it to be better. The location is great and the beach is close by as well. Our teenagers had a great time up and down the street. On the not so great side-- we needed more keys. There was only one given so we had to make changes to our plans once or twice. The exterior doors need a little adjusting as well.
All in all the "Pink House" was a great get away for us and we would definitely consider using the place again in the future.
End of school year family trip
This was our second year back. Great location, very clean, great extras on the property to use, cozy pink house. My only concern this time was there was one less couch in living space. The pictures still had the long recliner couch which we enjoyed last time for the extra space to spread out. Overall, great trip again and will be back! Thanks
Clean, close to the beach
Nice clean place close to the beach. My family enjoyed it very much.

This rental is great. It's a short walk to the Cortez Beach and even a shorter walk to the bay! The location is a just few blocks from the Bridge Street shops and restaurants. You can stay here and never leave a 5 block radius! Close to many activities near the marina. The trolley stop is the next block over. Free and easy to use to get around the island. No need for a car, here! The unit is very clean - kudos to the cleaning company and has comfortable amenities. I'd definitely stay here, again!
