Enjoyed the townhouse, lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and new small appliances. The refrigerator/freezer provided a large amount of ice for our cooler to go to the beach. Appreciated the use of the beach chairs kept in the garage. Location was perfect, only 3 miles to Anna Maria Island's beaches. Free parking on the beautiful white Coquina Beach with washrooms, showers, and changing rooms. A nice market is also held on Wed and Sun at the beach. There's also a lot of shopping and restaurants near the townhouse. The complex had a large heated pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay here in the future if we come back to Florida.
This condo was great! It was in a great location - a few miles from AMI and near shopping plazas. Lanai was great for having morning breakfast and dinners on. The community is very well maintained and the residents are very friendly. Hoping to return next year!
Location was excellent.
Location was excellent. The facility was clean and well maintained. The complex was friendly. Only needed a hot tub .
Decent location, unit could use some updating, Owners were very accommodating offering the use of bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. Nice pool area and decent small gym. 2 bridges to the beach ,could take an hour to go the 4 miles to the beach or to get home.
Amazing place, has absolutely everything you need just bring your clothes.
