Designer renovated, brand new, coastal modern home. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath w/ large private lot w/ in ground swimming pool. Open plan home, 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath (and outdoor shower ) with chef's kitchen, covered lanai. Large living room opens to large family dining room on back side of home with 240" of sliding glass doors to private garden. Guest house with one bedroom, kitchen, living room and full bath are not included in house rental and may be available upon request

We are a family of 5 with three children ages 12, 10 and 8. Erin is an Interior Designer, Greg runs a family owned furniture company. We live full time in Maryland but spend as much time in Delray as possible

We love Delray and all it has to offer. There is so much to do within short walk or bike ride. The beach, the lake and town are all minutes away. We love having so many restaurants and shops to choose from. We also love the arts scene with the Delray Center for the Arts and the Arts Garage.

What makes this house unique

Delray is so convenient to get to as you can fly into either Ft. Lauderdale Airport or West Palm Beach. Delray has a lot to do but it is also so close to Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

lovely home in very convenient location

We were very comfortable in this lovely, contemporary home; stylish and attractively furnished.

Location was excellent- close to tennis, downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Erin and Greg were very responsive to any requests or inquiries. The one suggestion we would have is for the TV in the living area to either have Comcast cable or Apple TV- it is a smart TV but we were not able to watch cable news shows and had difficulty streaming many of our apps. Overall, a delightful house in a great neighborhood and we hope to return again in 2018! Judi

I throughly enjoyed my 3 week stay at this gorgeous home. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The location is outstanding. The property has everything you need and then some. It's just lovely.

Beautiful Property! Incredible design.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the architecturally designed home. Erin did a fantastic job on the design and the furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped. She responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. We also rented the guest house which was perfect.

We really enjoyed the lanai off of the back of the house for morning coffee and nightcaps.

The only drawback for us...because we had couples staying in the house was the shared master bathroom.

Beautiful beach house in the heart of Delray!

We stayed here for a month and I cannot say enough good things about this property! It's impeccably decorated and furnished and feels so peaceful and serene like you could be on a private island somewhere instead of in the heart of busling Delray beach.

The grounds are lush and tropical and give just the right amount privacy for swimming and suntanning.

Close to top notch restaurants and shopping, Atlantic a avenue is walking distance from this beach oasis.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Gorgeous, family-friendly designer home close to all of Delray fun!

This home is not your typical vacation rental. Every detail reflects the work of a top interior designer, who happens to be the home owner- it's not only beautiful, but very functional, comfortable and family-friendly. There is a fantastic pool and lovely sitting and dining areas inside and out. When you arrive, the mood is immediately relaxed- it's a wonderfully modern beachy vibe without the kitschy seashell-type decor. Clean lines, lots of white, beautiful linens, durable materials- the coralstone especially is just stunning. The open floorplan and awesome chef's kitchen are optimal for meals at home- and you can easily bike to Publix for supplies. But, it's Delray, and dozens of incredible restaurants are an easy bike ride or shuttle away so you might decide not to cook at all! The surrounding neighborhoods are lovely for running or walking- there's a playground 2 blocks away. If you have small children, you'll love the girls' room decor and the ease of this home- while gorgeously decorated, it is unfussy and you will not need to worry about sharp edges and fragile items. Every single thing is brand new (rebuilt completely in the last year) and the house is well-stocked with great linens, kitchen items and anything else you might need.

Highly recommend ordering bike rentals to be delivered to the home from Richwagens. You wouldn't even need a car if you wanted to forgo a car and use uber from the airport and to downtown. The beach is an easy 5-10 ride away and the sidewalks make it easy and safe for all family members.

We haven't found anything close to the beauty and quality of this home for rent in Delray (or elsewhere for that matter)- highly recommend! It was just perfect for our family of 6- 4 kids and us. I'd easily take along grandparents or another family if renting the beautiful guest house as well.

The owners understand the importance of a great, stress-free vacation (girls trip, family vacation break, couples traveling) and will do everything possible to make your stay fantastic. It's easy to get into the Delray lifestyle- for fitness junkies like us, check out the spin and yoga studios in town as well as the smoothie place right off Atlantic. Fabulous consignment shops over by the Publix close by as well. We enjoyed every meal out- ask the homeowners for their recommendations as the names are escaping me.

Great location in Delray Beach as we could bike to the beach and Atlantic was 12 blocks away.

We really love the open plan, great pool and the 20' sliding doors for an indoor / out vibe. The coral stone was throughout the house, the pool deck, all of the patios and even the paver stones to the driveway.

A short bike ride to beach and town make this the perfect location in Delray! Lake Ida which is a large lake is three blocks west of our house. You can boat, waterski and canoe in the lake. We have a wonderful artisan french bakery 5 blocks from our house that serves wonderful pasteries.
