The 900 sf spacious apartment is part of a multi- level building and is modern and comfortably furnished with a direct view of and access to the Palmyra beach and Rosehall's coastline.

This prime unit has a fully equipped kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessities to prepare your own meal.

Have breakfast or candle lit dinners on your balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean or the dining area inside.

The bedroom has down feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets.

The master bathroom flows into the bedroom. There is a bath tub, a shower and a separated toilet area.

The sofa can be converted to a sleeper bed.

The unit has a washer / dryer and HDTV flat screen TV's in all rooms.

The apartment and the common areas of the property have wireless internet access throughout.

The apartment can comfortably host three persons.

Available Services: Pre-Arrival Concierge Services. Our pre-arrival concierge lives on island and can arrange a multitude of services or reservations prior to your arrival. Whether you would like a massage at the beach gazebo or a pre-stocked kitchen. Just let her know what you need.

She will contact you upon arrival to ensure that you are comfortable and well taken care off and liaise with the on-site concierge. All you do is relax, sit back and enjoy all Jamaica has to offer.

On Property Amenities include 24 hour security, secure car parking, on site concierge services between 8 am - 8 pm, fitness area, private beach and pool with lounge chairs, beach towels, Lifeguards on duty daily between 8 am - 5 pm. Beach activities include volley ball net and kayaks. Additional computer access in lobby.

Ice is available on property. Housekeeping services can be scheduled at a cost and arrange through on property concierge.

In very close proximity are three world class golf courses: Half Moon, White Witch and Cinnamon Hill, great Kiteboarding Beaches, Shoppes at Rosehall, Half Moon Shopping Village, Whitter Shopping Village with well stocked supermarket. The property has private, individual owners who may or may not be there. Many live overseas and are there at selected times. The property is great for a long golf weekend with friends, a family vacation or an extended stay on the island. Note: this is an apartment complex, so you won't find restaurants and services typically found at hotels.

It was horrible. Absolute worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Don't stay here.

We had a terrible experience all in all. The employees continuously solicited us for money and made us feel unsafe and even withheld the room from us until we agreed to pay. The room had a damp and dingy smell. The water is not hot and the tub does not ever fill completely making it impossible to take a bath. The elevators are non-functioning so be prepared to take the dark, unlit stairwell. The taxi called for us to buy groceries was unlicensed and not able to pick up passengers or tourist. There is no duvet and nothing more than a flat sheet. There has been no maintenance done on the building or the suite (holes in the wall, electrical outlets ripped out of the socket, non-functioning phones). All in all, we booked a week and only stayed a day due to safety concerns and poor conditions of the resort. This place is not well advertised. Save your money and don't stay here.

Owner's Response: I am very sorry the renter had the perceived issues. I and my on island manager take pride in responding to any concerns a renter has including proper transportation from the airport or any other place. Before arriving at our condo the renter told the licensed driver that she had a change of plans and was looking to go elsewhere. There is no issue at all with the tub and the unit is certainly not musty. The duvet is in stored at the foot of the bed. There are no persons asking for monies other than a $30 housekeeping charge on departure. I am sorry to say that the renter many have been looking to change her arrangements and had brought up non existent issues. There is security on the premises and there have never been any incidents I am aware of.There have been numbers of people staying here and this is the first review of concern. Again we take pride in making arrangements that would make the stay comfortable.
