So nice I stayed twice! :)

First of all, Fabio is a complete gentleman and was very welcoming and informative. He gave me some great tips about the area (the Arts District is just a few short minutes away). The place is a gem, nestled in a quiet little neighborhood that happens to be about 10 minutes away from the Strip and only 6 minutes away from downtown Freemont Street. The place is a quaint vintage-style 2-bedroom home that can comfortably sleep four (4). The master bedroom has a nice little walk-in closet, and the second room (the grey room) is super cool. The place has a cute kitchen stocked with cookware, cutlery, plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. The cabinets even had plenty of spices, popcorn, and raw sugar for the cappuccino machine... yes, your own in-home cafe! The backyard is your own little oasis in the desert with a cabana-style outdoor seating area under the grapevines and an in-ground pool (which will be GREAT for the summer months). The backyard also has a couple of nice surprises with several large rosemary bushes and a lemon tree. When visiting the lemon tree, make sure to look up, as the neighbor is housing no fewer than 100 white doves, which are typically perched on the power lines and in the trees. The place also has a washing machine and clotheslines hanging in the back to dry your clothes in the fresh air in the Nevada sunshine. Fabio was always very responsive throughout my stay, and I would definitely come stay here again! 😊

Quiet retreat near all the action

Fabio knows what he is doing. A great host who is always reachable. The house is in the perfect location to take advantage of both the strip and downtown but still on a quiet neighborhood street. It was well stocked with all the necessities. There was just the right amount of room for the two of us to work and not be on top of each other. You can't beat the backyard. Nicely landscaped, shaded areas and the pool was used daily with the afternoon heat in September. When we stayed laundry wasn't ideal. Fabio was aware and was working on it. Normally not an issue for short stays but we were there for 30 days. Would recommend and stay again.
