A great property in a wonderful location, it was clean, practical and comfortable. Starting to show it's age but this is reflected in the pricing.
The property and it's location was perfect for our stay, it was everything we were hoping for.
Great Position, Great Value
Very close to shops, bowls club, cafes and beach. Unit was good value for money however no undercover parking if a guest. Very quiet neighbours. Overall a good spot to stay, would recommend
Great views, great location, comfy. Affordable.
The view out to the beach is beautiful. The beach is right over the road, as is the park, so really great for getting out with the kids. The property is really close to the shops and main precinct, and super close to other parts of NSW and Gold Coast. Very easy to get around if you have a car. There was an allocated car space outside which was really handy. There was also an undercover carpark with roller door but it was too small for our Nissan. The laundry and kitchen appliances were all really great. The place has steps, so this is not recommended for people with mobility restrictions. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well kitted out, and lots of dining table options and great TV. We used Tweed Coast Laundry Service which worked really well. There were loads of DVDs to choose from, but not really any for kids. A couple of downsides include the shower was a real pain as it wet the whole bathroom floor all the time, and the shower head not great. The hot water was boiling hot, a very unsafe temperature. The toilet didn't flush very well. The sliding doors are rusty from the salty air, so really tricky to open and close. It would have been a nice touch to have one spare roll of toilet paper, or a spare bin bag in the cupboard, but we were caught short with both. Overall, it was an easy, safe, quiet, comfy and picturesque location.
