Villa 'Solar dos Pescadores' is situated in a small hamlet called Caliços, in a rural environment, surrounded by a vineyard. 1,5km from the sandy beach of Armação de Pera. The owners live nearby (on hand if clients need any assistance during their stay!).

There are many attraction a short car ride away - Zoomarine, 2 water parks, Krazy World (reptile Park) etc.

Golf course of Salgados is 6Km from the Villa.

Me and my sisters and my mother lives near the villa and give every assistance to guests

Why Maria chose Silves region

This house was built by my father 30 years ago and since then all summers are rented to tourists to enjoy their vacation.

Last year the villa was completely remodeled.

What makes this villa unique

The pool is south facing and has around trees and vines, making it very sunny and very quiet since the kids play freely and even can enjoy rides around on the ground that belongs to owners

Notes:
Maid service is once a week (or more by request). Towels are changed twice a week and linen once. Check in after 3 pm and check out 12 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in/going out on the same day. I ask all guests to follow these simple rules, so we can ensure that everyone's experience is a positive one. 1 Always turn off all the electric equipment after use and make sure you close the windows and door before leaving the apartment. Even if you don't stay out for long. You can have fun, listen to music, etc, but please from 11 p.m., make sure you keep the volume down, so it doesn't disturb the neighbors. (If neighbors are making noises, please let me know asap - because you are not supposed to be disturbed as well) 5. Guests are responsible for taking the garbage out and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen facilities after use, and for leaving the apartment tidy on check out.
