Casa Chloe - A lovely detached homely spacious modern well furnished south facing villa ( ideal for families) in the exclusive quiet (Cometa111) residential area of Calpe with day long sunshine , private pool, panoramic sea views.WIFI available if required £19.99 pw

The ground floor comprises:- Entrance hall off which is 1 king sized bedroom & a twin bedded room. A walk in shower room is opposite and there's also another separate WC/cloakroom. A large lounge with 3 piece suite opens into the naya/conservatory which is also used as a dining & seating area overlooking pool. A well equipped kitchen is accessed off the lounge. Doors from the naya lead down the steps to the 9m x 4m private pool/ sunbathing terrace with daylong sunshine, Summer House with shower, BBQ area, & landscaped gardens. The 1st floor can be accessed by a door leading from the naya via an internal staircase. This door can be locked making it self-contained, then only accessible via its own external entrance which comprises of a covered balcony with spectacular views, a lounge with sofa bed TV and a small kitchen and a double bedded room with its own en-suite shower room

Car Parking -Space for 2 cars is off road in our private drive in front of the villa. (we do recommend you have a car). Casa Chloe is set in 875sq meters of well maintained gardens & trees providing some shade from the day long sun while leaving plenty of room around the 9m x 4m pool & terraces for sunbathing .Ample sunbeds, tables & chairs are provided There is a separate BBQ area & sink by the pool with outside lighting to create the perfect spot to sit & enjoy the summer evenings.

The outdoor pool shower is located in the Summer House which also has a bar/dining facilities & can provide some shade from the heat of the sun.

.Smokers are required to smoke outside & not in the villa or Summer House.

Entertainment: Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Calpe. For the young at heart there is the Disney style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm. Terra Natura, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. Visit Waterfalls of Bolullla, Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palance and the Casino Mediterraneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed. Worth taking a drive to are the vineyards and bodegas of the Jalon Valley where you will get some fantastic wine bargains. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea, Denia and Benissa are a must - as is the beautifully preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains.

Golf & Tennis Information: Golf:- There are numerous excellent courses in a radius of half an hour from the villa & many more in an 1 hour radius. There is a selection of both 9 & 18 hole courses nearby ranging from the wide fairways of Javea to the narrow fairways of Benissa Ifach to the natural relief of Altea Don Cayo. Further afield you have the challenging championship courses at the Nicklaus designed course at Real de Faula Benidorm, the Olazabal designed La Sella course between Javea and Denia, and the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova..

Tennis:-Families are well catered for with tennis at the local Club Tennis in Calpe (clay courts 3 mins drive away with English speaking tuition)

Situated in a reservation on the out skirts of the coastal town of Calpe, Casa Chloe is the perfect place for a family holiday. With its own private pool and terrace area its ideal for relaxing in the sun and having a cooling dip if it gets a bit to warm. There are 2 bars within 5 mins walking distance both of which serve food and cold beer. The Aleman is a more established bar with live music on Friday & Saturday nights while the Bar Cometa has a wonderfully welcoming and friendly atmosphere. If you want to try the Spanish dish Paella I suggest you try it here, its amazing. The villa it self has all the amenities you could wish for. With the added bonus of the self contained annex up stairs. all in all it was a wonderful holiday and we shall certainly be returning.

Superb value for money. Great villa

The perfect getaway place for us. We are 2 couples in our fifties and we're looking for somewhere homely and private. Cas's Chloe was perfect. The layout of the villa met our needs and the owners had gone to so much trouble to ensure we had all the information required to get us there and make use of the beautiful villa. We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the bbq area, which was as beautiful as it looks on the photos. Fantastic views down to Calpe, especially at sunrise which was special. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Casa Chloe, and we will most likely return. 👍👍😎

Great villa that gave us a great holiday

We had a fab stay at the villa. It is large, homely, clean, good location and well equipped. Put simply, we were impressed when we first arrived and it was just better in all respects than we could have hoped for and we were delighted. The BBQ and outdoor space is excellent and we had many great nights by the pool eating BBQ food.

We used the villa as a base for our holiday that took us out to Calpe, Morira, Javea, Guadalest and Benidorm. The location is great for Benidorm being so close and we took advantage of the things to do there by going to Mundomar, Aqua Natura, Benidorm Palace and GoKarting. Thanks Sue and Nick for a great villa and being so helpful and accommodating to us from the moment we first contacted you to enquire about our stay to us arriving back home.

We would highly recommend the villa and Sue and Nick.

Great place to stay, lovely villa

We have rented a few villas and this tops them all so far. The villa is very clean and well equiped, lots of areas to sit and relax there were 6 in our party but plenty of space to be alone if you want to ! The pool is lovely and it even has a bar pool ! We would definately stay again thanks Sie & Nick for some great memories in your villa

Lovely spacious villa

We had a really lovely stay. We found the villa to be very clean and well-maintained with a wide range of facilities. We enjoyed time by the pool, a lovely BBQ and we also strolled down to the sea front for dinner. There are a wide selection of restaurants to choose from with varying prices and menus.

The views from the villa out to sea and over the Penon are super. To make the most of your visit car hire is recommended.

Lovely place to relax in the sun

The villa was great for our family holiday, very clean and organised. Fantastic pool and lovely areas outdoors for sun lounging and having meals etc.

Lots of info provided in advance of our stay which was really helpful.

Only downside was the air con ... it was fine but a little noisy and doesn't extend to the living area so it's pretty hot into the evening especially if you are looking to avoid the usual mosquitoes outdoors.

Great area to stay, Calpe beach is fab and lots to see and do in vicinity if you get bored of chilling out by the pool.

We like to provide useful information & we're glad you found it informative. The air conditioning is serviced regularly & is very effective in the bedrooms. As with air conditioning in general you do encounter a little noise. In addition or as an alternative we provide a mixture of ceiling/wall & portable fans for all the lounges & bedrooms. The majority of windows also have insect guards allowing you to have the windows open. Our third visit to the serene Casa Chloe, as beautiful as ever.

The perfect place to relax away from it all, near enough to Calpe to walk down for Dinner when even barbecuing seems to much, but far enough away to be away from noise and bustle. We were told about it by friends and pass it on to others who haven't yet been

Calpe boasts 2 superb blue flag beaches offer extensive water sports/facilities in high season. These are divided by the Penon de Ifach rock which dominates the coastline towering at 322 meters. The rock is now a protected national park & you can walk to the peak up a zigzagging path and look down. On one side you have the working fishing harbour & marina which is famous for its choice of fish restaurants. Calpe old town is beginning to attract more & more visitors with its museum, picturesque narrow streets, shops, bars & restaurants with lively terraces will also tempt the visitor on pleasant summer evenings .

Calpe town the beaches, restaurants supermarkets etc are approx 1.5 km form the villa (35/45 mins walk) so a car is strongly recommended

Along the picturesque coast road heading north with its abundance of bars & restaurants you come to Moraira with its lovely marina and then on to Javea & Denia (where you can catch the ferry to Ibiza).

Approx 25 mins drive south will take you to Benidorm home of Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park & Mundomar zoo,as well as a number of bars & nightclubs
