This bright and airy flat comfortably sleeps four adults. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the second with a soaking tub. The gourmet kitchen allows for friends to gather and share local produce while enjoying select wines available from the coffeehouse downstairs. Set the table on the large private deck and tell stories from your day's explorations. A half block from the Oneota Coop, sundries are a short walk from the flat.

The grey sofa could sleep one more person.

60th Birthday Celebration

This flat is lovely. The layout is convenient and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well laid out, the bathrooms were clean and attractive. Best of all we loved the deck off the back. While it may not look like much from the outside looking up, it was a little bit of paradise as we sipped wine and enjoyed appetizers. I would come to Decorah again if I could stay in this lovely place. The owner is a dear which added to the experience.

Great place to stay!

The location is perfect! I walked downstairs and got my favorite latte for breakfast. The apartment is so cute! We love the upstairs outdoor porch to watch people going up and down the street. We had a parking spot designated just for us, which was perfect. This was my second stay. I have recommended this location and Decorah to several people for a weekend getaway. The shops are great and the Co-op grocery store is great!

We will definitely go back!

The Water Street Flat was the perfect place for our family to land during a busy wedding weekend. Comfortable beds, ample comfortable seating, well supplied kitchen and bathrooms and off street parking all made our stay easy and enjoyable.
