About Tammy and Sandra Owner/Manager

Tammy and Sandra grew up together in Connecticut. They were more like sisters than friends. When Tammy moved to Lubec Maine a few years ago the two lost touch. Once they finally reunited it was like no time has passed at all. They became business partners purchasing 34 Pleasant Street realizing that the house and the location were perfect for a vacation rental. The property also has a building that has become a wonderful Gift Shop that Tammy owns and runs.

Comfortable and convenient

  • 4 of 5

The house was well-equipped, very conveniently located, and comfortable enough for 2 senior couples to share. As we were there in October, there was only limited opportunity to enjoy the lovely sun porch and garden. This is a wonderful area to visit, and the location and roominess of the house made for a great time. Brought back memories of homes of our youth.

Charming, cozy yet not small, in town home

  • 5 of 5

My experience in Lubec at this property was incredible. The house itself, although situated quite literally in the middle of town, still offers privacy yet community. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Summerkeys adult music program, going into Canada, Monica's chocolates and hiking the bold coast all while staying here.
