My name's Lucia,
I'm Italian,I'm 55 years old, reside in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi”. My husband Francesco work in Sorrento,we have a wonderful family, 3 sons (Carlo, Roberto, Gianni ) and 1 daughter, Annalisa .From November 13, 2013 Grandparents! Our first granddaughter Giulia! We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
Owner/Property Manager purchased this house in 1990
.the apartment was very spacious and really nicely decorated with Lucia's personal touch...not sterile dorm room fare that many of these apartments have...Lucia obviously took pride in creating a comfortable and homey atmosphere for her guests...
...the outside terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning and dinner at night..it faces a beautifully kept garden and was a peaceful oasis at the end of a busy day of sightseeing...
I would strongly recommend Magnolia House. It was beautifully clean and well maintained and the kitchen was fully equipped. The garden was exquisite and we had a beautiful private patio. It is within walking distance of public transportation and close to many places of interest. I cannot say enough about Lucia and Franco. They answered all of our questions and had many suggestions regarding what we might see and do. Also, when Lucia found that we had not been able to buy basic food supplies because we did not realize that the supermarkets were closed on a Sunday - she graciously provided us with all that we needed.
We (4 adults) were on vacation and truly felt like being at home at Magnolia House with Lucia as a host .
Such different experience after busy Rome.
Everything as described and more: greetings with homemade Lemoncello, homemade pastry , exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated apartment .
We had a car and did little bit of traveling.
Magnolia House with her life village atmosphere, garden area was a perfect place after exhausting days in Sorrento , Capri or Amalfi coast.
Communication with Lucia (emails/phone from Canada) was very easy and quick.
We will recommend this place to our friends and hope to return to Magnolia House one day.
Thank You Magnolia House !
Thank You Lucia !

Never having rented through VBRO Lucia was in constant contact with me, easing my nerves about renting a property so very far away.
Sant' Agata was the last leg of our first holiday in Italy. Lucia and her family welcomed us with homemade Lemoncello and homemade pastry. They guided us to the best restaurants, made sure were were comfortable, they treated us like family.
The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The town of Sant' Agata is very quaint, and convenient to public transportation and the local market. It is also the hub of some of the best restaurants in Sorrento. We were extremely sad to leave the Magnolia house, we felt very much felt at home. We miss them and hope to return someday!
Fino a quel giorno, ci invia il nostro amore e gratitudine...
We (2 adults) had a great stay. The garden area is a quiet and relaxing place after a day visiting this incredible part of Italy. Host were very helpful and discrete.
Location is great for people visiting the amalfie cost. Minutes away from ferry to Capri. Not central location but very convenient for people (like us) who wants peace and life in a small village away from the tourism center.
House is very clean, well equipped and perfect for 2 couples. Big table outside for long dinner. Grocery at walking distance. Nice restaurant also from walking distance.
We recommend this place and would return
Our stay at Magnolia House was wonderful! Lucia and Franco are gracious hosts. They were helpful, accomodating and if felt like we were meeting old friends. The apartment is lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and we loved the location. We look forward to the day when we can return with our 2 children! Siamo molto grati che hai incontrato, e che noi condividiamo la nostra heritiage italiano meraviglioso, così come due dei nomi dei nostri figli!
