Clean and great location to the park and many great restaurants

Great location with 20-30 restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. 15 minutes to downtown if you are in town for a conference. Has all the basics and one parking spot. Would definitely rent again!

Comfortable condo in a great area.

Very much enjoyed this property. It's a very comfortable condo in a great walkable area. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc very close. Balboa park is wonderful for hiking. Easy Uber rides around the city...always an uber available in the area. Nice to have off street parking spot as well. It's wonderful to have a full functioning kitchen!

Great Place

This is our second stay here. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It is also near the freeways for easy travel to other areas. It is a sweet little apartment with everything you need. Some might consider the bedroom small but who cares? I'm a tall person and I'd rather have a large bed. It is very close to Balboa Park, museums and the zoo. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent little apartment in heart of Hillcrest

This is the second time we have stayed in this well appointed apartment and, as was true the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. Perfect location, nicely decorated, close to many very good restaurants, off street parking, which really helps in this popular and crowded neighborhood - the perfect size for two people. Our son lives right around the corner so the location is so convenient. Balboa Park and the museums are within walking distance. Check in and out very easy. If you are driving it is very easy to get to the airport from the apartment without even using the freeway . We will stay here again when we return to San Diego.

Very clean, great location. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The parking space was right next to the apartment and very convenient. Provided fast reliable wifi. Will stay there again on our next visit.

Great location, minor annoyances

Great location. Great apartment. Only drawbacks were the very tight parking partially blocked on the street by an illegal Parker for 4 days (not hosts fault) and the noise from restaurant doing "deep cleaning" and moving equipment late one evening. Garbage bin in parking overflowing that is shared and very stinky since shared with French restaurant. Sewer smell from shower in the evening. During the day quite loud from upstairs office but we were out most days. These were overall minor issues. Notified property manager about each. French restaurant very good, many local dining and cafe options. Very walkable location.

We've identified the smell in the bathroom as coming from a nearby business, and they have taken care of the problem. Unfortunately, most of these issues were out of our control. Fortunately, they were temporary. We've addressed them, as necessary, and they should not present a problem to our future guests. Thanks again for staying with us.
