Encantada, completed in Sept 2016 with spacious and exceptional living spaces and 6 individually designed bedroom suites embracing a modern Mediterranean flair and capturing the true essence of vacation villa living .

This villa is one of two Luxury Beachfront properties on a walkable beach! Enjoy your villas privacy or stroll the sands while taking in the countless extraordinary sunsets. Nestled in the the Sac Bajo peninsula, the islands most exclusive neighborhood, the villa is only minutes walking to several excellent restaurants and just a short jaunt to all the Islands additional attractions.

Gated entry and reception invite you to the courtyard embracing a 3 story stair hall and grand water wall feature. The formal entry leads to sitting area, family/ media room, the gallery, main floor powder & pool bath, plus a stunning kitchen adjacent to great-room style living and dining. Walls of folding patio doors open the entire great room to covered alfresco dining and lounging adjacent the ocean front infinity pool.

The home offers 6 suites for a total of 12 guests. Additional guests upon request. The bedrooms include a courtyard main floor king suite, a 2 bed Queen & Double suite with partial views, and 3 ocean front view King Suites including the Penthouse celebrating incredible 360 degree views. The villas additional offerings include: roof top lounge ample for events or yoga retreats, private lounging and swimming pool, ocean and beach side lounging , outdoor shower , kayaks, outdoor grilling area, wireless internet, main floor audio, and access to our house manager to help make your stay as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.

Breakfast chef services and daily housekeeping are included. Please inquire for private chef and wait staff rates and availability as well party and event fees and coordination. Food & Beverage costs are paid by renter. Please note that over 12 occupants may incur additional rental fees. Spacious Home with a great team

The best part about this listing is the staff. They are incredible! They all went above and beyond any time we needed anything. The breakfast looked like something out of a magazine every morning. I regretted not having ordered more meals ahead of time. The home is older and does fall short of some maintenance. Broken latches on doors and windows keep some from shutting and let's hot air in. The oven didn't work which was disappointing after we ordered frozen pizzas and such for the kiddos. But the staff did come in one day and turned it on for us (it had a tricky pilot light). Don't order any groceries that can't be completely sealed because bugs will get in them. :>/ We were bummed to find Zama Beach Club had shut down. That was a main draw for us having food and drinks right there when we stayed at a neighboring property earlier this year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel like the house is a bit overpriced for what it is.

Great Property with wonderful staff

We had a great time at this lovely property. 8 guests in total, everyone enjoyed. Well equipped, gorgeous sunsets, wonderful chef and very friendly concierge team. Was a great week. I would definitely look at the property adjacent as well. We got to tour it and it is well landscaped, great decor and has a beach. Beautiful.

Fantastic family vacation!

We were two families of 4 and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and the inhouse culinary staff were top notch. We would definitely return. 5 stars.

Most relaxing vacation

Our vacation was so relaxing, the staff was always there to do everything for us. The chef was excellent as well as housekeeping. This was a family vacation with ages 75 to 15. I would highly recommend staying here

Great vacation

The house and concierge team were great! Could not have asked for a better experience. The concierge team assisted us from the time we landed at the airport to the time we left the house to head back home. They were a text away and were very responsive and timely when taking care of us. Highly recommend for family, wedding parties, getaway!
