This cozy two bedroom is on a quiet friendly street near the Charlottetown Events Grounds, Eastlink Centre, Joe Ghiz Park and a short walk downtown. Large master bedroom, an open kitchen, bright living room, and large backyard with patio deck.

You will feel right at home in this charming, quiet two bedroom house. It is located on a friendly dead end street, just a 10 minute walk from downtown - and a 2 minute walk to the Eastlink Centre and the Charlottetown Event Grounds. There is a beautiful park just around the corner, and all amenities are within a 5 minute drive, or 10 minute walk.

The Confederation Trail can be accessed at the end of our street - and it is a beautiful walking and biking trail that will take you uptown to the Farmer's Market -- and continues well past city limits.

It is a 30 minute drive to Cavendish; 45 minutes to the Northumberland Ferry Terminal; 45 minutes to the Confederation Bridge.

Our recently installed heat pump will keep you comfortable with A/C and heat!

We will provide you with a list of our favourite local shops, food, activities, etc.

Why Morgan Saulnier chose Prince Edward Island

We bought this property because we wanted to start with something small with a location that is close to our work/fun but quiet. It's a great dead end street in a friendly neighbourhood. The house looks small from the outside, but once you get inside people are often surprised by the amount of space and the level of comfort. The rooms flow into each other very naturally and we have loved living here. We are in the process of moving into a new home but plan to keep this home to share it with others like you :)

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our 3 night stay in Charlottetown. The house had everything we needed including air conditioning! The beds were comfortable, decor lovely, spacious kitchen and a backyard. The location is very close to downtown Charlottetown.

A quiet and clean home to rest your head

What a great little property. Spacious and engaging for a young family. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Fairly central to everything you would like to see in Charlottetown. Extremely thoughtful owner who has fabulous communication if you need to touch base. We had a small issue with Netflix and Morgan was there immediately to fix it. It is so wonderful to rent from someone who is so passionate about making YOUR vacation to PEI Exceptional.

Plenty of room for two couples to share. Comfy beds, air conditioning, clean, well stocked kitchen. Couldn't be better. Would recommend to my friends.

Loved Beach St. House

This accommodation had everthing my family of 5 needed, lots of thoughtful touches and loads of personality. We felt very welcomed and at home here. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Entire house was artfully decorated. Kind touches included the provision of Board games for the kids and tea and milk for Mom.

A good getaway location - short drive (10 minutes or less) to 'uptown' type shopping (chain stores) and UPEI.; even closer to Holland College, downtown shops, restaurants, Condederation Centre of the Arts and historic points of interest. Within walking distance for many people, but not all.

We would definitely stay here again!

This house is perfectly located for those who enjoy the downtown scene - but also enjoy a quiet sleep! Just a 10 minute walk downtown allows you easy access to all of the perks of downtown Charlottetown - while easily making the walk home at the end of the night.

Downtown is an easy walk. The Confederation Trail is located at the end of the street - and this beautiful trail will take you uptown to the Charlottetown Farmer's Market, Charlottetown Mall, and UPEI.

Public transit is also close by.
