Overview

About the property

Very Peaceful 3 Bdr/3.5 Ba Home Minutes To The Moab Golf Course.

Situated within an elegant and luxurious neighborhood, right by the Moab Golf Course, our home is at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is very secluded and quiet. It's the most private house you can rent within the Coyote Run neighborhood. The window views show the beauty of Moab; red rock walls and cottonwood trees.

The Sanctuary has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms plus a loft. The two upstairs bedrooms have queen size mattresses , and the floor level Master bedroom has a king size mattress. The loft has a futon couch which could be used to sleep 2 more people for a total of 8. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom including soaker tubs. Upstairs bedrooms and loft are hardwood floors. The ground level floor features polished concrete.

The kitchen is fully equipped with glass and silverware to accommodate 8 people, with dishwasher, 4 burner + griddle Viking range and hood, as well as a large propane BBQ on the patio.

For your entertainment, the Sanctuary has a monitor and an Apple TV to log into your 'Netflix', 'HBO Now' or other of your streaming accounts supported by Apple TV. To provide a peaceful respite, there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We also have hand selected books in our library.

All the lights (including the bathrooms) are controlled by a dimmer switch, which allows you to set a very cozy atmosphere.

Our ground level has a 4" threshold at the front door and there are no further steps to access the kitchen, living room, laundry and master bedroom with private bathroom (this private bathroom's shower has a 4" threshold and a bench to sit on plus a soaker tub).

We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

Please inquire to possibly discuss further details so we can make sure that all of your group members will be able to enjoy the Sanctuary to the fullest.

Beautiful home and lovely owners with everything we needed for our trip.

  • 5 of 5

We came to Moab to ride bikes and were very pleased to stay at this property. Very nice owner who was very accommodating for our group. Would stay there again for sure.

Great property, but needs a few handy man fixes.

  • 4 of 5

Very nice house in a quiet location with some good scenery. However, a few things need to be fixed to make it an outstanding stay. These items are:

* Kitchen faucet does not turn off unless you smack the top.

* Refrigerator ice maker does not work - not good for our daily cooler needs.

* The door keys in the bowl were very hard to use, and need to be cleaned up or remade.

* There was no blue recycle bin as listed in the "Bible" book.

* A number of the doors did not latch when closed.

These are all minor issues that could be easily fixed to improve the experience. We will definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

A fine place to stay

  • 4 of 5

The house was extremely well done. The design and location were very very good. I had no issues with all the major requirements that I needed.

I would certainly consider a return visit.

Some minor suggestions to improve the functionality of the place are offered. These items proved to be minor inconveniences during the stay and did not prove to be issues that had to be resolved with the owner.

1) The beds were all made up with sheets and comforters. There were no other blankets in the house. As a result, the covers were either too little or too much for comfortable sleeping, with no bedding options.

2) The front door latch would not function without locking it most of the time and the dead bolt locking required all of the time was "stiff" at best.

3) a light fixture in the living room had a broken bracket on one of the bulbs so we did not use it (left it unplugged).

4) Paper products were scarce, but since there was only two of us we merely cannibalized other non used rooms (bathroom tissues, toilet paper). We had to buy paper towels for the kitchen as well as some plastic garbage bags for the waste baskets.

5) Dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent were in short supply, and dishwasher soap was not available so we did not use the dishwasher and supplemented the other two.

All in all these were minor annoyances. I only mention these items because I often rent places to stay here in Michigan and these are items I have grown used to having available.

We'd like to offer our sincerest apologies that the provided supplies did not last you the duration of your stay. We are taking your thoughtful suggestions into consideration and passing along some feedback to our housekeeping staff regarding supply levels. We hope you find that Sanctuary provides a 5-star experience, free of those minor annoyances, should you choose to stay with us again. Many thanks for your time and feedback! Beautiful house, close to everything but feels secluded

  • 5 of 5

This large and comfortable house is located off the gold course in a little HOA type neighborhood. They did a great job building it and each house feels private. The design in this house is beautiful. Amazing kitchen. Private yard, lots of brush back there and abuts a field where a horse is kept. Great master suite. Wifi was spotty at times. Could be better stocked with pantry items, cookwear, blankets etc. enjoyed our stay!

Awesome property

The property is very well-kept and the views are fantastic. The home feels secluded, but it is also a short drive from central business district in Moab. I will definitely stay again!
