The downtown sites, shops, restaurants, and bars are just outside the front door. Don't feel like walking? The trolleys continually pick up and drop off in the backyard at the Villa Zorayda. So you can park your car, stash your keys and enjoy town.

Our Vacation Rentals are located on the northeast coast of St. Augustine, Florida. The beach areas are named from north to south as Vilano Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, Crescent Beach and Summerhaven. We also have many other prime locations including a resort with beach access across the street and intracoastal(ICW) access via a boat ramp. A little unknown fact about our beach that most people don't know before their 1st visit is that a portion of the beach can be driven on. We are St. Augustine's #1 Vacation Rental Connection.
We are #1 in customer service. We cater to our customer needs and requests. We have internet services available for any place we rent. Your pets can have a vacation too at a near-by pet resort. We chose 93 King Street because it let us walk to all the places we wanted to see in the St Augustine historic district. There is a number-code door lock, so we didn't have to worry about keys. The house was nicely furnished, neat and clean. And no stairs, not even steps to climb: an important point for septuagenarians.
We stayed at 93 King for a long weekend with another couple for my wife's birthday. We wanted a kid free stress free weekend and boy oh boy did 93 King deliver. This place is so perfect. They provide everything you need and even some stuff you don't. The guitar was a great touch as was the record player. All four of us enjoyed it very much and we will most definitely be back and if 93 King isn't available we will schedule our weekend for when it is. Its that great of a little place.
My husband and I enjoyed our 2 day stay here. We took the scenic cruise from the marina and enjoyed the Christmas lights by horse and carriage.The location/parking can't be beat! Just a short walk to the center of historic downtown. Place was clean and well stocked though it would have been nice if some bath/shower products were available. All in all, we would recommend this place to a friend and would stay here again.
Cons: No contact with the property owner. The real estate agent sent me misinformation a couple of times which I realized after asking questions. Also we didn't appreciate being asked to strip beds and start laundry. For the price we should not have to do this. If you're looking for a place with a view this is not for you. Views are of parking lots. Also the floors are concrete with cracks.
We stayed here with our 2 boys (5 and 7) for a week and it was amazing. It is walking distance to everything and if you don't want to walk there is a trolley stop right behind the house. This was very useful with 2 younger kids. The cottage itself was perfect! Very clean and cozy. We will stay here again if we come back to St. Augustine.
This place was so perfect for us. My husband, 19 yr old son, and myself spent a few days in St Augustine and searched forever for an affordable place with a perfect location. This was it and when we walked in the door, it felt like the owners had us in mind when they decorated it. It looks so tiny from the outside, but walk in the door and it is very comfortable and looks like it had been featured on an episode of Property Brothers. Vintage charm is evident with the 40s bungalow type property, and retro touches in the decor, but so modern with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable! We parked our car at the door when we arrived on Sunday afternoon and didn't move it again until we pulled out this morning. We walked 2 blocks to the plaza (square) and around old city every day and every evening. The trolley stops right out the back door so if you buy a multi day pass you can go anywhere in Old Town and the beach that you want, without moving your car. Our next trip to SA will be determined by what dates this place is available!
Exceeded our expectations. I brought 3 teenagers (17 years of age) to tour Flagler. We all had a great time and actually walked to St. Augustine Beach one day. Took about 35 -40 minutes. We loved walking around at night and trying out all the restaurants. Can't wait to come back!
