About this property

This well maintained Muskegon River cottage will make a great getaway for your fishing trip or family vacation. The steelhead fishing is excellent in the fall. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking and tubing just steps from the front door. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, and an open kitchen, living and dining area. You can enjoy the river from the large screened in porch or from the park like lawn. The property can accommodate a total of seven (7) guests with one queen bed, one twin over full bunk bed and a pull-out sofa. Other amenities include a gas grill, a fire pit, WiFi and a smart television. There is a no stairs access to the river where you can easily swim and play in the water. The cottage is located approximately 1/2 mile down a private dirt road that is well-maintained and suitable for all vehicles. *The property has a detached studio apartment that sleeps two. It an be added for an additional $70.00 per night.

Wonderful Stay

The house was absolutely perfect! Had everything we needed! Plenty of space for all. We fished and tubes in the river. The location was amazing. We saw so much wildlife, deer, hummingbirds, blue herons, hawks and a bald Eagle which was unbelievable! We will definitely be going back!

So glad we went back

It is so beautiful, and relaxing. The bunk beds were a nice touch. The family was able to float down the river. I am so glad we went back. Perfect end to the summer. We plan to come back.

Wonderful location and amenities

Although this property was a tad further out than we had expected it was worth it! So quiet and beautiful! An older but well kept house with everything we needed including all sorts of items for little ones! Extra beds, bed rails, crib, highchair, etc - it was perfect! We saw all sorts of birds and animals including deer and turkeys! We loved it!
