This feels like a brand new unit, updated and upgraded from top to bottom. And it has two king beds!

This sunny 3-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit townhome was renovated in the Summer of 2015. It has an open floor plan on the main level with large windows, soaring ceilings, dining and living room areas featuring comfortable seating, loads of kitchen counter space and a wood-burning fireplace (ready for making s’mores). And that's not to mention the fantastic location; it's walking distance to the Quicksilver Super Chair (Peak 9), as well as downtown Breckenridge! But if your legs are sore from skiing, biking or hiking all day, relax - there's a free year-round town/ski shuttle stop right next to the complex.

This is not your Grandma’s tiny worn out condo! With a fresh modern alpine style, this three-story home provides the space and privacy for families and couples to spread out and relax when not exploring Breck’s year-round fun. All new flooring, carpet, lighting and paint are found throughout the home’s 2,170 square feet. New furniture, bedding and accessories are from Crate&Barrel, West Elm, and Room&Board. When not savoring all the outstanding restaurants within walking distance, you have a kitchen equipped with new appliances and new gadgets including a Belgian waffle iron, programmable slow cooker, and electric fondue pot. Oh, but the best new gadget is the imported boot and glove dryer in the garage – don’t ever ski in damp cold boots again!

This gem of a home features a private balcony for relishing wonderful mountain views and a private back deck for grilling and relaxing under towering pines and aspens. Inside, we provide the firewood for the stunning stone fireplace. Gather on the huge sectional and enjoy the new 60-inch TV with an outstanding Bluetooth sound bar for streaming your favorite music. Or escape to the expansive master suite and curl up on the couch to read or (if you must) work remotely from the comfortable home office area. Amerind is a quiet complex of only 9 townhomes, each with a private garage. Now, a little bit about the owners: After renting in Breck for several years while living back East in Pennsylvania and Maryland, this ski loving, fly fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking family found the perfect holiday home! Now living in Denver with kids in college in Colorado and Washington, they wanted an ideal vacation home to share with family and friends. Breckenridge always stood out with its sense of community, outstanding local businesses, easy access to Denver, continued improvements to the slopes, commitment to the arts, and year-round fun. Purchased Spring 2015, the new owners have created a fresh and stylish retreat for enjoying all that Breck has to offer.

Family and Friends Reunion

Filled this townhouse with college aged kids and parents for a ski trip reunion.  Clean, well organized house with lots of space - comfortable beds and a really great pull-out Queen sleeper sofa without those annoying bars in your back.  Kitchen eqipped well even for the seasoned experienced cook. Bed linens are what you might expect at a very nice hotel! Will rent again - easy logistics to slope and town.

We booked this trip for my buddy's 25th birthday and it was perfect for the occasion. Our group had plenty of space and really enjoyed everything that this unit had to offer! Especially the waffle maker. Thank you, Mark for opening up your property. We will be back!

Holiday home, away from home

This unit was perfect for our family of five adults and two children. We have been to Breck and thought we loved the condos we stayed in before, but this one took things to a new level. Location was ideal, easily walkable to the Quicksilver lift and to town, but also on the "FreeRide" route when walking takes too much effort. The space is great, spread over three levels so a group doesn't feel on top of each other the whole time. As we tend to cook and eat in, we really appreciated the kitchen which was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare great holiday meals and desserts. There were a couple little hiccups, one shower stopped working and the boot warmer didn't warm, but Mark and his management crew were very responsive and out to work on the shower within an hour. We truly hope to stay here again!

Great location with lots of space!

3 bedrooms on 3 separate levels with a bathroom for each, perfect for our party of 3 couples. Easy to book, great communication. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the comfort of the beds. The main level and lower level beds were terrible. No complaints about the top (master) king sized bed.

We want all of our guests to have a comfortable night's sleep after a day of fun in the mountains, so we replaced all of the mattresses in 2015 with high-quality bedding. While mattress preferences can be a personal choice, rest assured that the renovation included quality mattresses.

Our Family Had an Incredible Thanksgiving

Loved this house for our Thanksgiving in Breckenridge. Not only did the kitchen have everything we needed to cook a huge meal (down to a turkey baster) but all the white plates, platters, and serving dishes made for a beautiful meal around a large table. Good floor plan for a large group and the location to both skiing and the town was perfect! Like others have written - this place really felt like home.
