This sunny 3-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit townhome was renovated in the Summer of 2015.  It has an open floor plan on the main level with large windows, soaring ceilings, dining and living room areas featuring comfortable seating, loads of kitchen counter space and a wood-burning fireplace (ready for making s’mores).  Did we mention the fantastic location? Now, a little bit about the owners:  After renting in Breck for several years while living back East in Pennsylvania and Maryland, this ski loving, fly fishing, rock climbing, mountain biking family found the perfect holiday home!  Now living in Denver with kids in college in Colorado and Washington, they wanted an ideal vacation home to share with family and friends.  Breckenridge always stood out with its sense of community, outstanding local businesses, easy access to Denver, continued improvements to the slopes, commitment to the arts, and year-round fun.  Purchased Spring 2015, the new owners have created a fresh and stylish retreat for enjoying all that Breck has to offer.

Fantastic condo!

Perfect location - winter and summer. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, well-appointed kitchen.

Our family has stayed in this spacious townhouse during ski season and we loved it so much we came back this summer. The location can't be beat! Easy walking access to Quick Silver lift and downtown (free Brown route bus is also close by). Since our last visit there are several new businesses at the south end of Main Street - loved the little cheese shop, the wine tasting room and the restaurant Bold (and of course our favorite Park and Main). Super organized house with beautiful alpine modern furniture. These owners have thought of everything.

Fabulous Girlfriend Getaway!!!!

We were a group of 5 college room mates celebrating 50 years of friendship! This was the PERFECT spot. This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped! The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. The beds are cozy and the towels fluffy. There is plenty of wood for the fireplace and the kitchen is up to date and very functional for a group.

The location is great, walk to town, close to highway access.

Brekenridge is a wonderful spot to have as home base. We "did" the town one day, and then went to Frisco another, Vail and Copper another, and hiked the Hoosier Pass and explored that area another. Our best meal was at Sweet Basil in Vail.

The only negative was that there were not detailed instructions for operating the TV (changing it to receive DVD's for movies). But, Mark was very helpful and even came out to the house to get it set up for us.

We'll be back...and you should go too!!!

Family and Friends Reunion

Filled this townhouse with college aged kids and parents for a ski trip reunion.  Clean, well organized house with lots of space - comfortable beds and a really great pull-out Queen sleeper sofa without those annoying bars in your back.  Kitchen eqipped well even for the seasoned experienced cook. Bed linens are what you might expect at a very nice hotel! Will rent again - easy logistics to slope and town.

Holiday home, away from home

This unit was perfect for our family of five adults and two children. We have been to Breck and thought we loved the condos we stayed in before, but this one took things to a new level. Location was ideal, easily walkable to the Quicksilver lift and to town, but also on the "FreeRide" route when walking takes too much effort. The space is great, spread over three levels so a group doesn't feel on top of each other the whole time. As we tend to cook and eat in, we really appreciated the kitchen which was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare great holiday meals and desserts. There were a couple little hiccups, one shower stopped working and the boot warmer didn't warm, but Mark and his management crew were very responsive and out to work on the shower within an hour. We truly hope to stay here again!
