Completely redone two Master suite condo in a 15 Unit complex. Just bring your toothbrush and swim suit. Two steps to pool out your Lanai. Top Quality in every detail and décor. Brand New King bedroom sets. Guest room king new 12/16. Walk In closets. . Pull out couch. All Linens. 400 Yards to beach. Come back to granite kitchen and cook or have lunch, and head back to beach to watch sunset. Washer/Dryer in condo. No detail left out in condo. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and linens. Renter provides paperproducts, food ,etc

We are a retired married Police Officer and Detective who have visited many beach resorts over the past 20 years and knew we always wanted to buy on Marco Island. It has everything within walking distance with out crazy crowds. The Condo Location can not be better.

Because YOU can walk to the beach and return to condo at anytime since its so close. Everything in the condo is new from bedroom sets to living room furniture to kitchen needs and laundry. Marco Island is six square miles of everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. Fort Myers, Sanibel and Naples a short drive away for sightseeing etc.

What makes this condo unique

So close to beach yet affordable for families. So many places to visit under thirty minutes.

Great property - quiet location

The owners were lovely and very responsive. Overall the property was exactly what we hoped. Pictures are accurate - the decor and furnishings are lovely. The pool is steps from the screened porch. The location is out of the way from the massive construction on the main strip. Beach is a short walk.

Some minor suggestions for owners - I would recommend upgrading your bath towels and providing beach towels - we were constantly running out of towels and it was 2 adults and 2 children - also we traveled by plane and didn't expect to need beach towels. Also would be a nice touch to provide some basic amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels - there were only 2 roles of toilet paper in the condo. Also I admit I am a bit of a snob when it comes to kitchen supplies but there was literally only one small frying pan for bacon and eggs. -- these are all minor and with some small touches would make the location go from good to great - it's sometimes the smallest conveniences that make a big difference. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review. Sadly in the short year and a half we have owned the condo many things have gone missing. We started with six beach towels and quality bath towels all have disappeared. Also some guests have not taken care of the beach chairs or beach cart . My husband and I will be there in December 2016 to make some changes .

Nicely remodeled and Clean!

Place was great! We needed a place for a few days to get out of the east coast of Florida due to Hurrucane Matthew! The owners were great and easy to work with! They had recommendations for a few places inside the condo that we went to that were great! I'd do it again! My wife loved some of the upgrades that had been done to unit!

Clean and Update

Tara, the owner was wonderful to deal with,

The condo was very clean and update to with furniture.

***The walk to the beach is a WALK, we were there in July, so the heat made the walk worse.***

FOR THE OWNERS:

I would recommend to the owners, to invest in a queen mattress for the orange room. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, were not ideal. The wagon was not easy to pull, the chairs are getting old and the umbrella is not SPF, doesn't provide enough shade or protection. I would have found it easy, if there was a map of area provided, as to were the beach is located and where the shed is located that stores the beach chairs etc...

The cable television provider, was not the best.

FOR FUTURE RENTERS:

I would recommend providing your own beach towels. Also you need to provide your own Paper Products...napkins, toilet paper and paper towels. There are markets near by. We also purchased dish soap, detergent and hand soap. There are limited bath towels, so we did laundry of bath towels often.

I would recommend renting this Condo, the location is great.

Picture perfect

The pictures are as advertised. This condo is very up to date, extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, pool was warm and sparking clean and complex was nice and quiet. They have bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, water toys and a beach wagon. The beach was about an 8 minute brisk walk away or a short bike ride. We locked ourselves out and the owner answered the phone immediately and arranged for the house cleaner to let us back in. We all had just a fantastic week!

Great Place!

We stayed here for the month of January 2016 and truly enjoyed our stay. Owners are fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. Pictures of condo are accurate - comfortable, modern and everything recently updated. Great warm pool and BBQ are just a few steps from the lanai. Just a very short walk to the beach and Caxambas Park. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels and wagon) supplied and in great condition. It was also nice to explore the neighborhood on the bikes provided.
