Completely redone two Master suite condo in a 15 Unit complex. Just bring your toothbrush and swim suit. Two steps to pool out your Lanai. Top Quality in every detail and décor. Brand New King bedroom sets. Guest room king bed new 12/16. NEW COUCH 5/2017,Walk In closets. . All Linens. 400 Yards to beach. Come back to granite kitchen and cook or have lunch, and head back to beach to watch sunset. Washer/Dryer in condo. No detail left out in condo. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and linens. Renter provides paperproducts, food ,etc

We are a retired married Police Officer and Detective who have visited many beach resorts over the past 20 years and knew we always wanted to buy on Marco Island. It has everything within walking distance with out crazy crowds. The Condo Location can not be better.

Marco Island is six square miles of everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. Fort Myers, Sanibel and Naples a short drive away for sightseeing etc.

Guests provide their own food and paper products. CHECK IN IS 3PM LOCKBOX AT FRONT DOOR, AND DEPARTURE TIME IS 11AM ( CLEANERS HAVE TO HAVE THIS WINDOW TO CLEAN FOR NEXT GUESTS) guests provide paper products,soaps etc.

The place is very well located. Just 10 min walk from the beach and close tonmany restaurants. The property is in excellent condition. We had everything we needed and had a great experience in Marco Island and Naples.

Seabury - lovely vacation - will return

Located at quieter south end, Seabury is an easy walk to Caxambas Park for sunrise. Ten-minute walk to beach and sunset. Liked ground floor. Unit well equipped. Very friendly residents. Surrounding neighborhood is beautiful.

Great condo near the beach!

We stayed at Dan & Tara's great condo for over two weeks. Had everything we needed... kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, including a crock pot! Beach chairs and wagon were provided. The beach is an easy walk of less than 10 mins. The condo pool was always clean, tidy and just a few steps out the back door. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family! We will be back for sure!

Great property - quiet location

The owners were lovely and very responsive. Overall the property was exactly what we hoped. Pictures are accurate - the decor and furnishings are lovely. The pool is steps from the screened porch. The location is out of the way from the massive construction on the main strip. Beach is a short walk.

Some minor suggestions for owners - I would recommend upgrading your bath towels and providing beach towels - we were constantly running out of towels and it was 2 adults and 2 children - also we traveled by plane and didn't expect to need beach towels. Also would be a nice touch to provide some basic amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels - there were only 2 roles of toilet paper in the condo. Also I admit I am a bit of a snob when it comes to kitchen supplies but there was literally only one small frying pan for bacon and eggs. -- these are all minor and with some small touches would make the location go from good to great - it's sometimes the smallest conveniences that make a big difference. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review. Sadly in the short year and a half we have owned the condo many things have gone missing. We started with six beach towels and quality bath towels all have disappeared. Also some guests have not taken care of the beach chairs or beach cart . My husband and I will be there in December 2016 to make some changes .

Nicely remodeled and Clean!

Place was great! We needed a place for a few days to get out of the east coast of Florida due to Hurrucane Matthew! The owners were great and easy to work with! They had recommendations for a few places inside the condo that we went to that were great! I'd do it again! My wife loved some of the upgrades that had been done to unit!
