This is the only 2 story Penthouse Condo in the building. It has 2 full bedrooms / 2 fabulous bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with fireplace. It comes with 3 TV’s, in-suite laundry, air-conditioning, the master has a Private Rooftop Deck, and more...

There is a Hot Tub & Summertime Pool, front desk , Ski Valet, Valet Parking, Free Hi Speed Wifi & Stonesedge is our in house restaurant (where we can offer you a discount).

We are a short 2-3 minute walk to both Whistler & Blackcomb Mountain’s main lifts. All the great restaurants, nightlife, bars & shopping are at your doorstep. In the summer months, The Adara Hotel is less than a 2 minute walk to the driving range, where there is a free golf cart shuttle to the Arnold Palmer Whistler Golf Course and is 2 minutes to the entrance of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park.

Secure underground parking is available and ski or bike storage is included with condo rentals. This apartment is separately managed by Whistlers Best Accommodations .

About Alan Lande

I have lived full time in Whistler for over 20 years and I am a Certified Ski & Snowboard instructor as well as a Guiding Service. I take pleasure in sharing my Local Knowledge & Great Deals with you.

With my passion & long time experience (100+ days on snow per season for the past 12 years), it would be my pleasure & a ton of fun to show you ‘my mountains’ with many secret pockets & powder stashes, either on snowboard or skis.

Weather, snow, wind, light, etc. always change the ‘sweet spots’ in the mountains & without proper knowledge of these elements & the terrain, you cannot always be sure of finding the right places to match your ability.

Provided you are advanced-intermediate or above, I (or one of my colleagues) can expertly guide you to the BEST places of the day & make sure that you stay in YOUR zone – as opposed to finding yourselves in areas too easy, or too challenging.

We are all Certified Instructors, and offer ‘tips’ throughout the day, but this is free skiing/riding & NOT School!

The cost for this is usually $500 a day for up to 3 persons but as a Whistler's Best Guest you get it for $250. ($50 per person thereafter)

Sorry, we don’t have lift line privileges, but with our knowledge we know how to avoid lift lines. Please try to book this early, as it’s very popular.

We had a great skiing week at the Adara 312! Perfect for a family of 5! Location close to gondola and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and landlord very accesible throughout our stay.

Good enough; great location but not as crisp and clean as we expected...

The Adara is a great for anyone looking for the Whistler village experience in any season- that being said we were a young family (toddler and child) and noted that when booking; the bunk bed room was small and the glass door let in too much light for settling littles at night.

The gentleman whom owned the place was super nice and was helpful for additional questions right after we booked via phone the place and he sent follow up emails.

The marketing stated could sleep up to 5-6 - more like perfect for 4 and no more unless you want to sleep on the couch.

The overall cleanness of the place was okay, but the carpet had not been vacuumed properly (gross for someone with little kids who want to play cars on the floor) and the rooms and window sills were full of dust and bugs in various places. The facets within the master upstairs were finicky and not even secured down properly with silicone. The hot water took forever to heat up but once it was hot we had to watch not to burn ourselves. (Electrical heating maybe?) However, the shower in the main bathroom was amazing!!

Appears that if you're "renting" the condo in the hotel then you're not privy to any of the lobby, hotel services- no coffee, no snacks, and neither of those are a big deal but the staff at Adara although polite definitely treat you "second rate".

The elevator broke down the middle of the second day and while we were out so when we returned we had to hauled our two children and our giant two kid stroller up three flights of stairs. We were offered help from the gentleman at the front desk but could see that he was busy and really could not step away for sometime therefore we could not wait.

The hot tub (2 people max) and pool are outdoor and even with little kids in cold fall weather we would still consider going in except for the entire pool deck is on display for the restaurant attached to the hotel like a Vegas pool party... great for a trip with the gals in summertime not so good for any other season.

The biggest question would we stay here again- if the place was cleaner and it was only two adult couples or a few girlfriends/guy friends (stag/bachorlette) perhaps but otherwise no we would look to go elsewhere with our family.

Another side note anywhere in the village will prove to be a loud and sleepless night especially here because there are two bars were people lingered outside, skateboarded, and yelled between the hours of 1-3am both Sat and Sun nights!!

Owner's Response: This guest was not ideal for this property as they themselves say. .-This is a Boutique Hotel & not ideal for infants/toddlers & large strollers etc .... very cool, but not for this guest profile! They are correct with the chance of noise although we have double paned windows & ultra thick velvet drapes. We offer earplugs to the few that are that sensitive to noise..... after all, when you stay "Oceanfront", chances are you may hear the waves! That being dealt with, there is no excuse for a less than perfectly clean Condo (our housekeepers we're breaking in new staff for the winter) . I would like to offer these guests a complimentary night if they choose to try us again....perhaps without the kids.

Great condo.. Perfect location

Just returned from a great week in Whistler. Part of the reason it was so great, was the condo that we stayed in. It was in a great location and had all the right stuff to make us (2 adults / 2 children) feel at home. The condo is as it appears in the ad, stylish and clean. We enjoyed having coffee on the upstairs deck and using the pool. Our host, Alan, greeted us with an email and followed up with a call to ensure that everything went smooth. Hoping to visit again next year.

The Perfect Place in Whistler Village

We had a great stay at the Adara Penthouse. The Adara is located in the heart of Whistler Village, a stone throw from the lifts, stores and restaurants, golf, this location is one of Whistlers best! The condo is perfect for 4 people, two couples or a family of 4. Both the bathrooms were very nice, the waterfall shower was my favorite. The condo is stocked with enough amenities to stay in and cook, or just make some drinks before going out. There is a rooftop seating area for summertime dining or just hanging out. Checking is super easy, communication is great. They offer key code entry so we never had to think of carrying or loosing keys. Valet parking for $20 a day or self parking just around the corner for $10 a day. If you are looking for a comfortable stay, this penthouse condo is worth it.

Was just in Whistler for a work convention, this was a great place for me and my co-workers to stay as it was near all the amenities. We were able to walk to everything and the unit was equipped with everything we needed.

Great place in a great location in the heart of Whistlers Village. It's a 5 minute walk to the main gondalas to Whistler and Blackcomb, so no need to rent a locker and wait on long lines to get your gear. Also lots of great restaurants just a stroll away. You can also go to the local grocery store to cook at home too. The place is just as the pictures show, nicely decorated and comfortable with great views of the mountains or to people watch. The downstairs shower is A-mazing! You will find that you will want to take multiple showers a day. There is also a nice tucked away balcony to have drinks or a meal when the wheat her is warm enough. This a great place to see how it would feel like to live in Whistler for a little while. Will definitely like to stay again next time I am in Whistler!
