Old world charm

  • 4 of 5

The house was in a great location and was walkable to downtown. The layout of the house was unique but provided enough rooms for all of our guests. Some features were slightly outdated and the house needed more cleaning than a quick turnaround. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for an out of the ordinary house. Great find.

Perfect for our weekend of scrapbooking!

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for a friend and I's scrapbooking weekend. The best part about it was the ease of access of getting all of our tables and supplies into the house. The ramp at the back door into the house made it a breeze to unload and load all of our stuff. There was plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and we were able to walk everywhere in town. Favorite places to visit was the coffee shop owned by Iris, and PaperTrix scrapbook supply store.

The cute cottage was a gem that met all of our family's needs. We enjoyed the location-it was perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Brown Co. We were also blessed to have perfect weather in February!
