We loved this home and greatly enjoyed our stay.

  • 5 of 5

Lots and lots of positives. We greatly enjoyed staying in this historic home and relaxing on the expansive porch. Because the home is in a perfect location in the heart of Nashville, we could easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The kitchen and living areas were perfectly decorated to the period of the home and were very comfortable. Sure there were some quirks common with older homes (low door frames and smallish bathrooms), however these were minor to us. We will definitely be back!

Annual Girls Weekend

  • 4 of 5

The girls and I had a lovely time in this home. We made meals, played the games available from the plethora of games provided us. Pro's: huge wrap around porch with plenty of seating for all, ample parking, clean, large house, ideal location. Con's: outlets would not hold anything you plugged in, the floors were quite squeaky, showers were small. However, we went for an adventure and that we received. Squeaky floors contributed to scary stories, huge porch made for great conversations with Cocoa and blankets, proximity made for excellent shopping and dinners out, the loose plugs made those addicted cell phone users disconnect and connect with the rest of us and the small showers helped make everybody on time for the next outing. We all loved the place and would go again, cook more in the charming kitchen and stay longer! Lovely, warm, quaint, charming, convenient and large place to spend with those you love! Thank you for the fabulous home you provided!

Wonderful! Everything furnished (you bring food only)! Fabulous location!

  • 5 of 5

The house was sooo much more than we expected. Everything you could want in a rental. Walk to everything in Nashville with no worries about parking. Bedrooms were large and mattresses were so comfortable. Plenty of room to set and visit (5 of us, but room for more). Loved the porch. Even with the school across the back fence, very quite. Can not say enough good things about are time there. We highly recommend.

Best Rental in Nashville

  • 5 of 5

This is our third year staying at this property and my family loves it. The owners have made so many great updates this past year, we can't wait until 2017 to stay again! The owners of the property are wonderful to work with from booking to checking out. I would definitely have, and will continue to recommend this property. The proximity to downtown Nashville shops and restaurants is perfect. We can leave our car at the house and walk everywhere.
