Maintenance issues with property, and water not working when we arrived. We had to chip the ice on the front stairs.
The beds were comfortable and the place was warm.
Owner would not answer phone, and was not real helpful with questions. I had to contact them for arrival instructions.

The townhouse is actually located where it is shown in the map, we have never had a comment as such regarding the location.
We always send our guests the access information and other useful details 48 hours before arrival and that is something we mention immediately when the reservation is submitted.
We didn't receive at any moment, any further contact from you apart from communication on this site regarding the water situation (that is controlled by the city, sometimes shut off for the residents' safety) or ice on the front stairs, which is something we take care of on the daily basis.
