Roomy, bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located 1 mile from lift access of Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen located on resort bus route, 3 miles to Madriver Glen.

Condo has three bedrooms. The third floor has two decks, living room, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen and the second has two twin bunks (sleeps 4)), mudroom and a full bath. The bottom floor includes a full large master bedroom (King bed), 3/4 bath and full size washer and dryer. If you choose to dine out there are two great restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the Common Man and Slidebrook Tavern.

For winter you will find some of the best skiing in New England with bus access to both Sugarbush Mtn's and 3 miles from Madriver Glen.

For the summer visitors you will find a nice heated pool and tennis courts (Brand New in August 2016) in the condo complex. At Sugarbush you will find Mtn biking, hiking, disc golf, zipline, tennis, golf, etc.

Great stay. Plenty of room & nice set up. Well furnished & in a great location.

Great condo in a great location. Would definitely recommend to others & stay again. Only minor issues we had were no overhead lights in the master bedroom, (very dark at night with only 2 small bedside lamps). Also we needed some fans upstairs to my be air around; on a warm summer night it was kind of stuffy.

These minor nags are WAY overshadowed by the positives and we enjoyed staying there, would stay again and highly recommend this location.

Could use some sprucing up

The unit suited our purpose but missed the mark in other ways. The place is somewhat dated and was not as clean as we had expected. The welcome package we received had some contradictory directions, one page said you needed to follow these directions if you wanted to use the fireplace while another page said do not use it.

One page said you did not have to take out the trash; the cleaning service would handle that while another page instructed you to take out the trash upon check out.

There was supposed to be a code to use the Roku in the provided welcome package; no attachment with that code was provided.

When I tried to contact the owner by phone to ask about the code I got the message that the number I had dialed was not accepting calls at that time.

So I texted the cell phone number provided to complain about the condition of the place (not very clean when tenants are being charged a cleaning fee) and to inquire about the TV code.

Rather than reply to the phone that sent the text, the owner decided to text my wife's phone which she left in the car. In addition to that, the reply that she received made no mention of the request I had made to have our cleaning fee refunded since we did not check into a clean unit we felt no need to pay for the next tenant to have a clean unit.

So, while the place served it's purpose for why we were in the area, had the place been cleaner, the welcome package been more accurate and the owner been more responsive, we would have enjoyed the stay much more.

The condo was even better than we expected!

The condo was spacious, clean and had plenty of room for relaxation and for sleeping 8+. We enjoyed our stay with two families. The condo was well stocked and contact with Kitter was always available. We would highly recomend this condo and hope to return soon!
