This property really has a special vantage point and a view that few get to enjoy. I was knocked out by this north west corner from the moment I saw it and can understand why the previous owner stayed for 21 years!!! You will love it too!

What makes this condo unique

Being able to take my bike across the street, get on the "Sea-wall" that takes me on a 20km ride around Stanley Park past all of the beautiful sights of the city is one of the most enjoyable things about living in this location. Being able to walk to a hockey game or take the Aqua Bus to Yaletown or Granville Island is a great experience and one that tourists will never forget. Location is the key here!! China Town, YaleTown, Main Street, you are in the middle of it all.

Spectacular

This is a beautifully appointed condo with a spectacular view! Close to everything, too. Julie was very helpful and gave us lots of good tips on food and places to go. High end kitchen and bathrooms. Just remember to bring your own shampoo (we forgot).

Great condo with super views

My sisters and I loved our stay in Julie’s chic and well-located condo. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request, and she responds quickly. The condo is lovely, beautifully decorated and close to public transportation. Extra points for the Japanese toilet!

Property was beautifully decorated with plenty of room for three couples.

Owner was on hand to meet us and gave us a quick orientation of the property. There was some literature about Vancouver in the condo. Owner was supposed to forward information about area restaurants but we never received that information. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the latest appliances. The main problem was with location. We believe that it was located in a rather rough section of Vancouver. With the train station across the street and the bus/ public train station at the corner there were many homeless people in the area. When we came home at night there were always many homeless men and women around that made us rather uncomfortable

Owner's Response: Thanks for staying and thanks for the review. I think that most large and growing cities in North America share the homeless problem and Vancouver is no exception. I'm sorry that you were made to feel uncomfortable by seeing these people. This is the neighborhood next to the Olympic Village where we showcased our beautiful city to the world and it has some of the finest accommodations and spectacular views of the city. I have 40+ reviews (I encourage potential guests to read on ;) raving about the superb location!! Proximity and walking distance to all amenities like the train station, our "SkyTrain" system, stadiums-for sporting events and concerts, the sea wall, tons of restaurants and pubs within walking distance or a quick ferry ride, the foot ferries, bike rentals and more, make my location one of the deciding factors when guests book and 98% of guests have not been disappointed. I love meeting and greeting my guests and spend 30-45 minutes on average showing them the condo, pointing out different amenities and talking about and suggesting different restaurants and things to do. I'm not sure why you didn't receive the email that I sent you with all the restaurant reviews, but I also now include it with my welcome package. One of my repeat guests, who loves Vancouver and has spent months at a time here wrote up reviews on about 50 restaurants. I now share Lana's "Best Restaurants in Vancouver" which is a great guide.
