The other two bedrooms offer Queen sized beds. The second bathroom has heated floors, shower/jacuzzi tub combo and bidet toilet. The spacious living area offers astounding views of some of Vancouver's most iconic landmarks including the Lions Mountains, Port of Vancouver, Science World, BC Place and of course...the False Creek harbour where you can sit and watch the pleasure craft, the dragon boats and the kayakers!

This property really has a special vantage point and a view that few get to enjoy. I was knocked out by this north west corner from the moment I saw it and can understand why the previous owner stayed for 21 years!!! You will love it too!

What makes this condo unique

Being able to take my bike across the street, get on the "Sea-wall" that takes me on a 20km ride around Stanley Park past all of the beautiful sights of the city is one of the most enjoyable things about living in this location. Being able to walk to a hockey game or take the Aqua Bus to Yaletown or Granville Island is a great experience and one that tourists will never forget. Location is the key here!! China Town, YaleTown, Main Street, you are in the middle of it all.

Amazing view, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in convenient Vancouver BC location!

We loved our stay in this apartment! The view is great from the balcony and from every window. The WI-FI was good, and we were able to work remotely. The kitchen is nice and fully equipped, with plenty of cookware and wine glasses. We only slept in the master bed, since there were only two of us, but it was a GREAT bed. Very comfortable, with nice, clean linens, a cozy comforter, and really good pillows. The bathrooms are what I would call medium sized, with nice size showers. There is a new looking full-size washer/drier set in the apartment, which I used once (we pack very light), and it worked perfectly. The owner was really easy to work with, and was very helpful during our entire stay. It was like having a concierge, that I could text any time! We came to Vancouver to see the U2 concert (BC Place was the venue), and we were able to walk home after the show, on well-lit, paved sidewalks, and with crosswalks, in about 15 minutes. It was much easier than a taxi or the train because of the crowds after the show. There is a train stop one block away that we used a lot to quickly get around the city. An all-zone, all-day pass was $10.75 CA, which was a good value and made the trains very easy to use. It is an easy ten minute walk to the Olympic Village area, and to the little ferries. Olympic Village has a gourmet grocery store (Urban Fare), a good wine & liquor store (Liberty), and two brew pubs that we liked, Craft and Tap & Barrel. The building itself is secure, with a 24 hour locked lobby door, and a fob required to operate the elevators. We didn't use the parking, but Julie provides a spot under the building, that is also gated and secure. The apartment is on the 12th floor, and we were never disturbed by excessive noise from the city, and we barely heard any sounds from the neighbors. The Pacific Central Vancouver train station is across a park from the apartment entrance, for those arriving to Vancouver by train. I usually avoid rentals close to big train stations, but we felt safe, even on the nights we came home late. There is a Subway and a Starbucks very close by, which was also convenient. The only things I would change are: I'd add sheer curtains in the bedrooms for light with privacy during the day, (they already have great blackout shades), more ice trays, and add shower caddies in the bathrooms. I would prefer to pay a refundable deposit, not the insurance fee. We would love to stay here again, and bring our children next time.

Superb choice for a Vancouver visit

Let's start with the host/owner Julie Scarlatti. Ms. Scarlatti's commitment to our successful and enjoyable family visit to Vancouver was clearly in evidence from our first VRBO email exchange through personally meeting us at the property upon our arrival. She gave us a tour of the property fully explaining all the large and little things we needed to know to fully enjoy and understand the unit. She then discussed what we hoped to do/accomplish during our visit and took the time to give us helpful, practical, useful information and suggestions designed to save us time while enhancing our Vancouver visit. We had no problems during our all too short stay; however, when Julie Scarlatti had answered all of our questions and handed us the keys we had absolutely no doubt that Julie stood ready, willing and able to give us any assistance we might need. You can't post a photograph of confidence and trust

on a website so allow me to advise you it is very much an integral part of this VRBO rental.

My wife Rita and I, along with our two grown daughters, enjoyed a 3 day holiday in Vancouver during late May of 2017. This condo rental was ideal for us in terms of space, comfort, décor, great views and excellent location. The photos posted on the website are true and accurate depictions of this special place. The descriptions of this unit as posted on VRBO are accurate, spot-on, without exaggeration...it is all there and it is all first rate.

I would be remiss if, in closing, I failed to give proper credit to the obviously outstanding efforts of Julie's cleaning crew. This rental property was cleaned and polished beyond a fault, a joy to behold !

This condo is modern, clean and easily accessible to transit. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cutlery in the event you want to eat in. Our group consisted of 4 adults and two toddlers. The accessibility to shops, parks, waterfront walks, Rogers Arena and Science World are all within mere minutes. To get to Stanley Park, you'll need to take a Taxi or Bus (15 minutes).
