This property really has a special vantage point and a view that few get to enjoy. I was knocked out by this north west corner from the moment I saw it and can understand why the previous owner stayed for 21 years!!! You will love it too!

What makes this condo unique

Being able to take my bike across the street, get on the "Sea-wall" that takes me on a 20km ride around Stanley Park past all of the beautiful sights of the city is one of the most enjoyable things about living in this location. Being able to walk to a hockey game or take the Aqua Bus to Yaletown or Granville Island is a great experience and one that tourists will never forget. Location is the key here!! China Town, YaleTown, Main Street, you are in the middle of it all.

Superb Location Elegant Townhouse

Could not have asked for or probably found a better town home and location for our last visit to Vancouver. We have visited the area 3 times before and frankly this place is as good as it gets......if coming by rail (we did from Seattle), you can walk out of the station across a small park and your there. If from airport, about a $ 35.00 ride or you can also take the Skytrain from the Airport to within just a few feet of this unit.

We used the Skytrain consistently during this visit.

Interior reminded me of an Italian Villa (we lived in Italy for 3 years), everything was spotless, lots of really neat things we did not expect such as cheese board and so forth.....just thoughtfully furnished by the owner. Balcony overlooked False Creek area with great views and also had

a working grill available on the balcony.

I really can not think of a negative at all....as near perfect everything

Couldn't be any better

Very clean, great location to the air train and affordable for three couples. Downtown is walkable, about 40 min. Water taxi is also close. Bathrooms were perfect with a bidet within the toilet. Kitchen-living-dining room was comfortable and even had a gas fireplace. Now, the view! Yes, it's everything one can want, overlooking False Creek and Space Center plus mountains!

Stunning views from a gorgeously appointed space!!

We were totally in love with Julie's condo!! It is exceptionally situated, near the SkyTrain, bus stops, Seabus, and train station. We loved a vacation where we could ditch our cars for a few days and use nothing but but public transportation. We took a lunch cruise up the Indian Arm peninsula, hiked through Stanley Park, spent an afternoon in Granville, walked the Capilano suspension bridge and danced the night away in a little bar across the street from the condo! What a fun vacation!

Good Location Great Place to Stay

Spent 4 nights with my family of four. The condo is updated and has all necessities required for stay. Its close to public transport which makes it easy to go in town. Julie was amazing met us early. checked us in and gave great advice about how to spend our time in Vancouver. The photos provided are true to form. A magnificent view of the water and mountains. We had a parking space allocated which served us well as we made trips out of town (Whistler - well worth the effort). Would definitely recommend to friends or stay again. Thanks for a great holiday Julie.

Good

The location was good. The condo was stuffy because of no air condition, so sleeping was hard for some. Also sleeping with the windows open was noisey and someone below was smoking pot as we could smell it. The area a block or two away (which we were warned) was not good. Many homeless and seeing a person stick himself with a needle was a little unnerved.

The owner Juile was very nice and meant us on the street and took us to the condo. Explained about the area, places to eat and site seeing.

Owner's Response: My first bad review! (Although it's still 4 stars) I encourage my future guests to read on for the mostly 5 star reviews and ravings about the location of my condo! It sounds like the reviewer was disappointed with the City and elected to critique that rather than the condo. Unfortunately every large city has problems with homeless, drug users and noise and Vancouver is no exception. The location is a secure, safe and a very walk-able one, central to the lovely seawall, AquaBus and many great attractions which 99% of my guests have really enjoyed. As for the heat, we had record breaking temperatures for your stay and there is not much I can do about that. Bad timing in our usually very moderate climate. I am truly sorry if you saw our beautiful city in a bad light. I try to provide a great experience by having a spotlessly clean, modern condo with a drop dead gorgeous view. I meet my guests and offer tips for where to dine etc. It was a pleasure meeting you and having you stay. The condo was left very tidy and I appreciate having you as guests.
