Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

This location was great for a couple to get away and experience time alone and take in the beach scene.
Rented because it had a king size bed. It was worn out years ago. Very dated and stained furniture. Paint peeling on trim. Screen door broke leaning on sliding glass door. Toilet loose. No bugs and linens and towels fine. Internet would not work. Called and got help which gave us neighbors network and password. Tried to get on later and would not work.
Everything was old and looked like leftovers. Furniture stained. Screen door was off of the track and just propped up. Bed was worn out. Bed comforter was old and smelled. Holes in walls, paint was peeling on the trim. Wall mirror cracked. Toilet was loose where it bolted to the floor. Passwords to Internet not correct. Called the help number and they gave somebody else's password that only worked for a little while. Dorm size refrigerator what was all iced up. It did not have bugs and the towels and sheets were fine.
For the cost, it was ok, we would stay closer to the beach next time.
When we first arrived the balcony sliding door was open and would not shut all the way or lock. It took two days for someone to come fix it. We felt very unsafe and did not leave the unit until it was fixed because we had our valuables in this unit. Then Everytime we had to take a shower we had to take cold showers, no hot water. Im very dissatisfied
