About this property

Watching Waves, Heron Chase Holiday Home

Watching Waves is a north facing home with fantastic views over False Bay. It is a 3 level home with 2 large patios where you can suntan and may see whales or dolphins in the bay. At street level which is where you enter the top level there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a kitchenette and the one patio. Middle level has a kitchen, dining room, lounge, sun room, guest loo and huge patio, all very spacious. There is another entrance on this level which comes off the Zoutendyk steps leading you down to the beach, town and train station. The lower level which we call ground level, because you can walk out of the 3 bedrooms into a small garden, also has great views. The one bedroom has a bathroom en suite and the other 2 share a bathroom and a separate loo.
