Amazing location and view.

We were four friends travelling to watch a Maple Leafs game. From the time we booked the property, Nancy responded promptly to all questions and was very helpful with suggestions and helped us get settled despite our late arrival. The condo was very clean and taken care of. The view was amazing and the location is perfect. Thanks Nancy for a great experience. We will definitely look to stay here if we return to Toronto with our families.

Excellent location, great condo building. Could have used a more thorough cleaning, and a few extra towels would have been nice. But overall it was a great place to stay, I'd go back.

superb location, great views

This property offers a superb location in downtown Toronto, just 5 minutes from Union Station. The views across Lake Ontario and the islands are fantastic and we really enjoyed watching the lightening storms from the balcony. The CN tower, acaquarium, Rodgers stadium, harbour etc are all just a few minutes walk away.

Just a couple of grumbles though. When we arrived the beds were so dishevelled we did not think they had been changed from the previous occupants. We were assured they had, but the linen was stained in places and very crumpled. The state of the beds was, frankly, unacceptable, and did not create a good first impression. I was sleeping on the day bed in the living area and, at first, only a single fleece blanket was provided; no sheets, no pillows. This was resolved on request. It felt like we were being treated more as friends just "crashing" for a couple of days, rather than as paying guests.

The kitchen was really nice, well equipped and the appliances easy to use. There were loads of store cupboard staples, such as olive oil and pasta, presumably left by previous clients, which were much appreciated. However, I did not think that perishable items, which had already been opened, should be left in the fridge.

There was not really enough cutlery or crockery even for 4 people. There were good cooking utensils, pots, pans etc, but no sieve or chopping board, no oven gloves and only 2 drying cloths

There was an excellent washer and dryer. However, there was only a very small travel iron and very, very small ironing board, which goes a long way to explaining the state of the sheets!

The kitchen area and bathroom sanitary ware and towels were all clean. However, keeping the apartment clean was a little trying, Although there was plenty of cleaning stuff, there were no toilet brushes. There was a good floor sweeper, but no dust pan and brush, there was only a robot vacuum cleaner, which was fun to watch, but not terribly effective. The edges of the rooms were dirty, especially around the skirting (base) boards.

All in all I would really recommend this apartment which I felt offered a superb location and good value for money. A little more attention to detail would go along way to making it even better!

Top of the world location with every convenience at your feet!

Our visit to Toronto kept us busy at the ACC and Convention Centre. This condo was within 2 blocks of both locations. Great to have a parking spot with the condo because parking in downtown is expensive. The condo wasn't a big one, but large enough to accommodate 2 couples. The views were great, but with limited curtains on the wall of windows, the mornings were very bright. We recommend you bring a sleep mask! Banks, grocery store (Longos), coffee shops, liquor store, all within half a block. Anything else you needed was within walking distance too - Union Station, CN Tower, lots of restaurants. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location and spectacular views

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was central, the views were breathtaking, and the building (and apartment) were new and spotless. We loved the convenience to Union Station, various downtown/harborfront attractions, and the subway -- and especially loved the huge gourmet grocery store across the street. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed in terms of kitchen items and laundry supplies, and the building has its own pool, spa, and fitness area, so that was handy too. Nancy was a lovely and helpful host and a pleasure to work with.
