Wonderful stay!

We are a family with three young children and had a really nice stay. The apartment is spacious and had what we needed. The kids loved the bunk bed and we put a pack in play in the kids' room for our youngest. It's conveniently located close to the L and it also has a parking space, too - we used both. The drive in and out of the downtown area was quick. There are a number of places to eat in the neighborhood as well as bars. Josh was always available and responded to all inquiries very quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Space and Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh's place! It is a lovely space (much nicer than it looks in the pictures). There is a nice kitchen, a comfortable living room with lots of light, a beautiful and spacious master bed room, and a kids' room with a bunk bed (the bottom bed is a full). There's no dining room table however. We were not eating meals at home, so it was not a problem for us, but just as an FYI! Josh was easy to get a hold of whenever we had any questions, and he was flexible with us about check in/out times which was much appreciated. The location was great too! It was only about a two minute walk to the blue line stop which goes straight to O'Hare in one direction, and to downtown in the other. Thanks Josh!

Great space and location!

Josh's place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Being 1/2 block from the blue line and several good places to eat were really convenient. Josh was quick to respond to my questions before and during my stay, usually within hours. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hope to stay again when I am back in Chicago.

Delightful

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for a visit with our son, who lives in Logan Square. Josh’s condo is spacious and handsome, with a comfortable living/kitchen area, a front balcony and a full deck (with gas grill) off the master bedroom. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. While the kids’ room bunkbeds may seem off-putting, the lower appears to be queen-sized, so two couples could comfortably stay here (provided one couple could accept a slightly less-than-romantic sleeping arrangement). The place is light and airy and we also found it very clean. Bonuses include secure parking out back and an Ipod dock with great tunes loaded. While there is some ambient noise from the train, proximity to the Blue Line California stop is the payoff, with swift access to O’Hare in one direction and the Loop in the other. And the neighborhood has good restaurants, including the vegan/vegetarian-friendly Chicago Diner and the pleasant Logan Bar and Grill right around the corner. Factor in Josh’s reasonable nightly rate and his place is hard to beat – so much more relaxing than a comparably priced hotel stay downtown would have been.

Outstanding Apartment in Logan Square

My wife and I stayed in this apartment with our daughter and her husband for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversaries. The owner, Josh, was very easy to work with and flexible on arrival and departure times. He responded quickly to our email requests and was available to answer questions. The apartment was modern, well furnished, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quite nice and it was a real plus to have the blue line CTA stop only a half block away. We really enjoyed our stay here.
