Great Location

The location is awesome. Great view and balconies. Very quiet little townhome community close to beach. It took us about 6-7 minutes to walk to the beach (we have a baby so maybe we walk slow lol). The place is in serious need of a deep clean. I found the master shower to be the grossest. Another woman’s hair, mold growing, and the tub doesn’t drain properly. Also, all the showers need to be either gutted and redone or at least put glass instead of shower curtains. Shower curtains are sooo gross in places like this. There is also sand all over the couch. We had to cover it with a large blanket for our stay. Overall, not a bad place. The views are the best part.

Summer Stay

The property is a great location!-Easy access to beach by golf cart in about 2 minutes or a 5 minute walk. Unfortunately our main refrigerator wasn’t working the first two days, though we did have a dorm style in the lower area and the property managers brought 2 coolers and 3 bags of ice. We did have to purchase about 5-6 more bags of ice to keep food/drinks cold over the two days. We also had a non-working toilet until Monday. LOTS of stairs as advertised and if little ones, I recommend bringing a couple of baby gates. The townhouse is in a quiet area and easily assessable to shopping and restaurants. My main complaint would be a couple of the neighbors who own residences on the street. There is limited parking, the garage is full of stuff and you can’t get a vehicle in except a golf cart. With 8 adults and a little, we had two golf carts delivered. That left parking for one vehicle only. We had two vehicles, so one had to be parked right outside the neighborhood on the street, just a short walk. During the unpacking and packing process(maybe 30 minutes each time) 2 different lady home owners came down and were quite mean and ugly. I don’t know why they made such a big deal since we were the last townhouse on a dead end street and it didn’t block access to anyone’s drive or getting down the street. One lady actually cursed me last night while trying to load our vehicles for the trip home. It was 9 pm, no one was out and about and we were NOT in anyone’s way. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t rent here again. It wasn’t a nice way to end our vacation. ☹️ Kim from TN

Second time staying in Blue Mountain area-- We were in need of a stress-free relaxing area! This property delivered! The down stairs was perfect for my daugher, she used area as here quiet time, to study and to relax. Easy walk to beach! Our fav restaurants include Red Fish Grill, Stinkys Fish Camp and Local Catch just minutes away by car!

July family vacation

This property is in walking distance to the beach which was a huge plus for us! Very nice place and the view of Oyster Lake was beautiful!! I would recommend and will be going back!! And Dune Allen Realty, the property manager, was very helpful & great friendly service!! Thanks again!
