Admiral's Club offers an upscale setting for great family vacations both inside and outside. It is very roomy and offers lots of privacy with bedrooms on 2 levels plus additional sleeping areas in the basement, which has a fireplace and a home theater. The kitchen is ultramodern with 2 wine coolers, 2 double-door refrigerators, a bar, and a big island. It opens up to a large living room, a dining area, and the stunningly beautiful outdoor stack-stone fireplace and kitchen. The living room opens up to a porch with a game/poker table and windows on the wide bay.
Admiral's Club has a wide and flat driveway, which can accommodate several cars and yields easy access to a 2-car attached garage. Off the driveway, guests can easily negotiate a level and gentle walk to the nearby shore, which unveils the surprisingly wide entry into the lake. A single slip dock with sitting/deck area and a 2-jet ski attached port add to the many surprises to be had at an affordable price.
Admiral's Club is located on a peninsula with boat ramp within walking distance of the property. An ideal situation for families that desire to add more dimensions to their experience with boating made easy.
I manage all Admiral's properties, which offer a unique feel everywhere we do business. I care the most about providing a clean and comfortable setting for families and friends to come together in a place they can call home during their stay and log memorable time never to be forgotten. My greatest reward is my guest's 5-star rating and the confession to hate to leave but to return in the future.

I purchased this property on July 2, 2015 for its unique features. It is located in an upscale and secluded neighborhood of million-dollar homes. All, including Admiral's Club, perched on a stunning peninsula with what you would call a "private" park with a boat launch area. The property has elaborate and magnificent outdoor amenities such as a wood-burning fireplace, a built-in gas grill, a Big Green Egg charcoal grill, and plenty of storage for grilling accessories.
Unlike properties with very steep driveways due to the topography of the Lake Lanier, Admiral's Club offers a flat driveway that easily lead to a 2-car attached garage. In addition, the walk to the shore is short and gently sloped (near level). The dock offers stunning views of the lake with decking to sunbathe and relax. You can dock your boat and up to 2 jet skis.
The interior is one for the eyes and the soul. There are no words to describe the kitchen as it simply is stunning. It offers 2 built-in wine coolers and stove-oven to die for. The first floor is roomy with views of the lake and a master bedroom with its own bath and gorgeous closet. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. And the basement is a real treat with a fireplace and a home theater with very large screen.

We have boated on Lake Lanier for years. We have always wanted to own a lake home in a quiet place with calm water. This summer, in celebration of a milestone birthday, the Northlake property became our home for a FULL MONTH! We invited family and friends to staggered stays during our rental and enjoyed every minute! Owners, Ray and Carmel were wonderful "hosts" responding promptly to our pre-rental questions and doing everything possible to make our stay perfect! We encountered an issue the first week that Ray handled efficiently. We noted a problem with the septic system. Ray scheduled specialists to analyze the issue, get proper permits and dig up the back yard to greatly expand the leach field (2 year old grandson loved watching that!). The whole process was done quickly (on the day I picked that would least impact our vacation) to replace the original big hoses that had become clogged with tree roots with a new technology system that will be a permanent fix. After a city inspector approved the work, the yard was all back in order while we were on a tour of Helen! For the remainder of our stay, everything worked perfectly! We enjoyed great weather and many hours each day at the lake: swimming, floating, boating, water skiing, riding our jet ski, and sitting in the shaded boat or on the dock. The kayaks were in use nearly every day. The peace and quiet in the cove and surrounding trees was so serene. We enjoyed occasional sightings of a doe with two fawns and a daily visit from a blue heron looking for minnows at the shore. My husband, daughter and son-in-law all have their own businesses and work from home. They were delighted that the house had various places that they could work separately for part of the day and then just a quick walk to lake fun! We enjoyed the Gainesville area: great restaurants, grocery stores, fun shops to explore and GA mountains all close by. All guests reported that the beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. We LOVED the master. Wish we could take the spacious bath and closet home! We made use of all the extras in the house: pool table, big tv and outdoor deck for a quiet morning coffee and evening meals. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the walk to the end for a vigorous workout! All guests want to come back and several are hoping to rent the property for their family gatherings! The property is spacious, maintained , clean and appeals to all ages. First floor Master is very nice and the basement play room is great and will be even better when complete. It appears that the owner is putting alot of time and effort into the property, new dock and walking bridge. The location is good with limited boat traffic. The pontoon boat rented was excellent.
The time stay overall was a good one and we would rent again.
There were a few issues that did not cause the overall stay to be unpleasant:
o The property was not ready at time we were to occupy, but the owner extend the check out time 2 hrs
o There was broken glass on the floor in the garage
o There were medications left in an access place that could have been reached by small children
o The downstairs was being renovated and was not completely finished
o In the back yard there was septic tank leakage
Had a great stay over the weekend. Fabulous outdoor area and fireplace.
Beautiful house and great deck, patio, for grilling out. Nice quiet neighborhood and access to the lake was convenient. Golfing was also great at Legacy Lake Lanier. A wonderful place to sit back and relax with everything you need. Ray was exceptional in answering all my concerns before arriving.
Took my family there for a birthday weekend getaway. On the lake with a nice dock. Very comfortable house with a great deck for lounging and hanging out. Great projection tv downstairs with lazy boys that we got to watch movies with the kids with.
Ray was wonderful, from leading up to all my nagging questions, to walking in the lake house. Our Labor Day 5 day stay was exceptional. We had 13 family members, stay and had extended family for a BBQ, one day, fishing boat/tubing for a day. The upper north part of Lake Lanier, was the best choice for our family. Not allot of traffic on the lake, for cruising and tubing. From 60 to 3 years old, we all tubed. We fished, watched movies in the movie room, played pool and ping pong. The kayak's were also a hit for all ages's. We ate and drank to much, and played cards everynite. The home is large enough, that no one got in each others way.

Admiral's Club is located in an upscale residential neighborhood. Guests must abide strictly by the following rules:
1) No loud music or parties are allowed. Guests must keep the decibels at an acceptable level
2) Guests must not aggravate neighbors with behaviors that are incompatible with a residential neighborhood
3) The property is intended for families and friends that intend to enjoy a good time together in an atmosphere that does not provoke neighbors or require police intervention
4) Guests are allowed 1 and 1/2 bag (13-gal capacity/bag) of garbage per day. However, guests must dispose of excessive trash themselves or incur a fee of $200 for disposal. (Please ask owner how to dispose of excessive garbage.)
5) Heavily soiled towels are subject to a cleaning or replacement fee
6) No pets are allowed without exception. A fee of $250 will be deducted from the refundable damage deposit otherwise
7) This property is non-smoking. A fee of $250 will be deducted from the refundable damage deposit for smoking
8) Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival
9) Check-out is 11 am on the day of departure
10) All furniture must be moved back to their original position
11) Guests must observe all house rules during their stay
