Safe house with the support of caretakers. Close to everything including Geribá beach (900 meters) and Extra supermarket (100 meters). Large internal area of 250m2. Large living and dining rooms. 03 air-conditioned rooms plus a 'Loft' mezzanine on the 2nd floor with ceiling fan. 03 bathrooms. High speed WIFI INTERNET from January 2019. Balcony, great barbecue and garden. Ample parking next to the house. House cared for by homemakers, clean and tastefully decorated. Casa em Geriba

Adoramos nossa estadia! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, todos os acessórios e equipamentos disponíveis e em perfeitas condições. A caseira Adriana é super prestativa, delicada e atenciosa. O proprietário se faz presente estando disponível e acessível para qualquer eventualidade. A localização é ótima, fica perto de tudo.Nossa estadia não poderia ser melhor.

Ótima casa, boa estadia

Otíma casa perto da praia de Geribá, supermercado e estrada principal. Bom espaço para nossa família, com sala grande, varanda e quartos com ar condicionado. A internet estava sendo instalada. O valor do aluguel era bom em comparação a outras casas, e o pessoal foi muito atencioso. Casa aconchegante com ótimo custo-benefício.

Ótima casa

Casa em excelente estado e muito confortavel. Fica a uns 15 min a pé da praia, atendendo muito bem as nossas necessidades. Foi excelente nossa estadia.

Show de casa!!!!

A minha estadia foi maravilhosa, passei uma semana tranquila e relaxante na casa. Minha família se sentiu como se estivessemos na nossa própria casa, principalmente pela simpatia da caseira Adriana. O Flavio sempre foi muito disposto a ajudar e esclarecer qq dúvida.

Incrível!

Aluguei esta casa com a minha família (7 indivíduos) no Carnaval de 2014. Casa maravilhosa, tudo funcionando direito (cozinhas, banheiros, parte elétrica). Casa ampla, confortável, aconchegante e funcional. A caseira Adriana e o Flávio são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Realmente foi uma estadia muito boa que eu e minha família recomendamos para todos que estejam interessados. Espero que um dia consiga alugar novamente a casa!

Our family built the house 25 years ago. We were one of the first houses in Buzios advertised by AlugueTemporada (Homeaway Brazil), starting in 2004. (This date does not appear because we recently had to update our listing). Please see our evaluations from previous guests.

Why they chose this property

High Speed WIFI INTERNET available at the house staring January 15, 2019. Please note that the Homeaway website is not allowing us to update the English description of the house (further above), which still says that Internet is not available. But to confirm, Internet will be available starting January 15th 2019.

Spacious house, quiet and well maintained for families and groups of friends. It's close to the best beaches and two blocks away from the Extra Supermarket and main road (public transportation by van or bus). Our family and housekeepers offer support to the guests.
