The flat enjoys a very central position just off Byres road in the fashionable West End. A short walk from the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Glasgow University and only two minutes from Glasgow's underground network for city centre shopping. The flat is just two minutes from our beautiful Botanic Gardens and award winning restaurants.

Bright two bedroom two bathroom flat with a great lounge and kitchen. Access to private courtyard. Bedroom 1 with a double bed and en suite; Bedroom 2 with two single beds which can be linked to make a superking if required. Very clean, spacious modern apartment.Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room

Great location, ample parking, a real surprise for this area.

Front bedroom a little noisy especially ard 5am as the delivery trucks to near by businesses arrive.

I would rent this again in a heart beat.

Great Location!

This flat was great! It is exactly as advertised. Well equipped and comfortable. It is close to everything you need and want including transportation around the city and shops and restaurants. The staff is competent, helpful and always cheerful. The convenience of being able to talk to someone just by going downstairs to the Nancy Smillie store is unique. We would stay there again for sure the next time in Glasgow.

Very nice flat in a wonderful location!

We found Flat 1 to be lovely and very comfortable and in a great location for visiting our son who is studying at the University. It was very close to the subway and also to restaurants and a small grocery store. It was great for our family to be together each evening. The owner was very kind and accommodating, and we were able to visit the store underneath to get keys and ask questions. Our only complaint was that the property site said that a tumble dryer was included, but it was not - and we had a lot of laundry to do at that point in our trip. The owner was very apologetic and did explain how the kitchen pulley system worked for drying clothes. We managed just fine, and we appreciated her apology and efforts to help us. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Very nice rental

This is an extremely nice rental. Very clean. Extremely well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The layout is exactly as seen in the pictures accompanying the listing. Restaurants, shopping, transportation all within a block. One of the best Italian restaurants within steps. Right near the University so the area it is lively and exciting. Also a little noisy on Fri. - Sat. nights.

The staff if a store below the rental acts as management. There were a couple of small problems with the apartment at check-in. (Wi-fi, light bulbs and a leaking faucet) The management acted concerned - but we never heard from them again, and nothing was fixed. Perhaps this was due to us being away during the day.

Don't hesitate to rent this property due to it's location and cleanliness, but stay on the staff to fix any problems.

Owner's Response: Dear William, A big thank you for all your positive coments. Regarding the couple of issues you had, my husband and I would normally have ensured immediate personal attention. Unfortunately we were on holiday at the time. I understand Hilda our shop manager helped you out with the internet but that it needed rebooted after 3 or 4 hours. The cleaner couldn't find the correct bulb to replace the unusual bathroom fitting ones. I appologise that not all the lights in the fitting were working. I wouldn't like people to think we left you in the dark! We now have spares in the flat. Thank you for drawing attention to the these small problems. We hope that we might welcome you back to Glasgow in the future.

Stay in our lovely flat in the heart of the West End. Top quality furnishings and very fresh.

What we like is delighted visitors.

We are Glasgow holiday lets.

We have the Botanic Gardens just a stones throw away.

Glasgow University, Hunterian Museum and Kelvingrove Art Gallery are all within walking distance.

Many award winning restaurants on the doorstep - plus lots of colourful bars and cafe's for casual eating.

Glasgow's famous underground is 2 minutes from the flat - it will whizz you into the City Centre in 10 minutes.

You can also hire a car and in less than 20 minutes be at the beautiful Loch Lomond.
